The building collapse was the Christmas special and the building was on 34th St!

And I totally remember Day by Day AND that episode. Ross (Christopher Daniel Barnes) stayed up late to watch a Brady Bunch marathon.

Besides, the Brady films CDB has done a TON of V/O work including Prince Eric in the original Little Mermaid.

Another scary sidebar...

Barry Williams came to a local college during the 90's and yes, I have a signed copy of "Growing Up Brady."

Oddly enough, I don't have the astroturfy box set...after buying the individual seasons, I thought it overkill to spend another $100 for three hours of TV movies.

The hilarious part about Mike crawling out of the collapsed building was Carol's singing.

On the original run's first season Christmas special, Carol sings Oh Come All Ye Faithful in church after Cindy wishes her voice back from laryngitis. It was the only time we ever heard Henderson's strong soprano on the show.

After a flashback of that eppie, Cindy goes over to her mom while waiting for Mike to be rescued, and asks her mom to sing that miraculous song again. I would've told her to get bent, but Carol opens her mouth and starts singing...two octaves lower than she did before. The contrast is a riot!

So many funny moments in that special...

I dont know who indicated that her speech impediment was gone when she got older, but in The Brady's she was a radio dj, and her show was called...wait for it...
