Woo survived another 4th Of July, a miracle since even just a thunderstorm sends her underground...the fireworks were spread over two terror filled nights here and she really suffered greatly...pray for her complete recovery

So, from this we might conclude that if RSR appears on your doorstep, your greatest defense will be Ree the mighty Himalayan and not Woo...?

I should think that when someone undesirable attempts to gain entrance to the house, the drill is the following:

Ree plunges herself into the sink, and styles her hair in that psycho cat from hell-chic... Then she answers the door with eyes glowing and teeth bared.

Just in the moment that the shock hits its full effect, Woo swings in from behind on a vine suspended from the roof. She drops to the ground and takes a chomp of thigh as Ree flies through the air, Matrix-style for the intruder's face.

All of this is set to the original "Indiana Jones" theme which is piped through hidden speakers in the landscaping.

Yes...I can see it all now...of course! Ree and Woo to the rescue...as long as their food dishes are kept full!

If they're anything like my pets have been over the years...An empty dish means they'll actually show the intruder where I'm hiding. :o)

Our rottwieler was such a friendly **** cat (at a whopping 144 lbs!) that if a burglar tossed him a Milkbone he would have dragged the guy right to the valuables. When visitors came he'd come up to them, lay right down and show his belly & whine to be petted.

Woo feels quite neglected...how do you explain to a dog that threads all have a life span? that insane inbred insomniac's with Photo Shop have other things to do in life? That I forgot to buy dog bisquits today?

The Deborah Cox thread was longer. And that was suspiciously edited out. Not to take anything away from Woo and Ree whose thread I thoroughly enjoy. But I do have a feeling that Ms Cox; who is in fact currently on the great white way would object.

Here's a bump for Woo and hoping her nerves have settled since the Fourth of July fireworks.

She needs to know her public cares...they've just been momentarily distracted by other loud noises.

Which made Jose’s skin just crawl!

And he started quite a trend
Soon my Woo was “Mame” and “Dolly”

I only pray he’ll never stop
For he has won my heart
