I for one love the new batsuit. I think it looks great.
I was reading a couple of set reports online that said that one of the scenes will involve Batman being attacked by rottweilers.
The Scarecrow is back, and has been spotted on The Dark Knight set in Chicago.

I was reading a set report on Superhero Hype and these two guys were walking around trying to find where they were filming and they found them and the scene was at a bar and the character involved was Harvey Dent, but the odd thing about it was that when Eckhart came on set, half of his face was covered up by a hood. I'm not saying anything, but I think from that statement it's pretty clear that Harvey has his little accident in this film.
It was also cool that the guys asked about getting an autograph from Chris Nolan and one of the guys went to find him and they thought that they would get an autographed handed back, but Nolan wanted to see these two since they were the only two there and he signed Memento and Batman Begins for them and they chatted for awhile. Man, I wish I was in Chicago, I'd love to meet Nolan.

Okay, so there is a rumor going around that this Wednesday with Transformers, The Dark Knight teaser will be attached. The teaser is reported as being finished and it's about 90 seconds long according to Miranda Fox over at Batman On Film.com. If it's not with Transformers, it will probably be with Harry Potter next week.

Michael Jai White is playing a gangster named Gamble in TDK.
There was a set report about a scene with a GPD Swat car smashing into a truck and according to the report this truck is The Jokermoblie and on the side it says "(S)Laughter is the best medicine". There was also a Joker sighting and a description in the report of one of his costumes.

Superherohype.com is reporting that Warner Brothers plans on debuting The Dark Knight's teaser with The Simpsons Movie. The day the movie comes out, happens to be the day that Warners will be at Comic Con, so there is the likely hood that the teaser will be there as well, even though the movie will have a presence at Wizard World Con in Chicago.

Fox's Chicago affilate posted videos of the batmobile and The Joker on set for this big car chase in TDK where The Joker winds up blowing up the tumbler. I wonder if Chris Nolan is p***** about this footage of Heath on set.

They've been shooting here in Chicago all summer and I just found out I'm going to be an extra for a few nights this week!
Too bad extra work doesn't pay much, nor does it go toward your SAG card (but hey, at least it *does* pay!). But hopefully the resume item will add to my opportunities, as my AFTRA agents haven't gotten me s*** in months and I'm looking for new representation.
And on the off-, but not unheard of, chance that they decide to mic a few of us for a line, not yet being in SAG I wouldn't have a SAG agent to call to legitimize and/or negotiate the upgrade. I'm told a line or two in a feature film rates anywhere between $1K-4K. What do you do...just say, "thanks, $4K would be better, please?" :)
(Haha, please PM if you know serious, supportive agencies accepting new AFTRA/SAG VO/on-camera multi-list talent in Chicago, generally speaking...)
Anyway, very exciting! I'll let you know if I see anything interesting.
Heath talks a little bit about The Joker. It's quite disturbing.
the Joker thinks AIDS is funny
Just to clarify, Heath believes The Joker would find AIDS funny.
yes, thanks you MM
AIDS has the potential to be funny. Does no one remember Team America: World Police?
wait, there is an ad that says watch The Dark Knight trailer at the bottom of this page. Is that some kind of crazy coincidence?

Chances are it's the teaser with the voices and the bat symbol and the Joker card. The new trailer isn't supposed to debut for awhile. It's rumored to be attached to I Am Legend, but I'm thinking it might come out sooner basically because there's definetly something on the way out courtesty of Rory's Death Kiss.com. If you go on and read what your supposed to do, it says at the end it mentions that something is coming(I forget the exact phrase). Also, go on and look on the first set of photos for Joker in Jersey. That's me.
There will be a 7 minute prologue attached to I Am Legend's IMAX copies for TDK and I do believe it's the Joker's introduction(described at the link above).

There's an interview that Eric Roberts did with some british magazine and featured in it was TDK. They talked about his character, Sal Maroni and stuff like that and they asked him if he was the one that throws the acid in Dent's face like in the comics and he said that it's very close to the comics.
Then there was the mention of Two-Face's revenge. Maroni goes into his limo and there's Two-Face. He flips the coin, and says "It's your lucky day, but it's not yours". I think he kills both Maroni and his limo driver or the limo driver and then Maroni.
The teaser poster for the movie is on the way out. It's most likely going to debut on the 17th(probably through Rory's Death Kiss.com).
MTV.com got to interview Jack Nicholson and in part two of their interview, they ask him about his feeling towards Heath playing The Joker.

A new TDK trailer will be attached to I Am Legend as well as a 7-8 minute prologue attached with copies of I Am Legend in IMAX(the prologue is the beginning of the movie).
A description of the new trailer was posted on SHH!: it opens with the batpod driving up what looks to be a parking garage ramp. Then we see Gordon and the mayor stand in what looks like jail giving the he has no name no finger prints dialogue. The Joker then looks up and says Hello Lt. Gordon, his paint slightly running. Then it shows the joker holding someone down maybe batman, and he says in a pissed off voice, why so serious? Then the Joker is laying with his torso out of the back of a police cruiser with his eyes closed, which was really bad ass! Then he is in Bruce's Pent House walking toward rachel, and he says, OH a fighter i like your type and batman says then you're gonna love me. then it shows the joker shooting the RPG. And then at the end the joker and batman are alone on a dark empty street. The joker says I'm gonna Make them all smile. Batman races toward him on the batpod and the joker yells come on hit me, batman rides past him and circles around. It goes to the bat signal and the dark knight

The new trailer was also on The Forbidden Site yesterday, but it was quickly pulled.
I'm just so excited for this movie. This, Indina Jones, and The Chronicles of Narnia are my most anticipated movies this summer.

The only place you can find the new trailer is if you go onto you tube and search The Dork Knight for the jokerized version of the trailer.
The trailer is rumored to be attached to Iron Man along with Hulk and possibly Indy.
Also, TDK coaster at Six Flags opens on May 15th at Six Flags Great Adventure and May 21st at Six Flags Great America. The ride was supposed to open at Six Flags New England but they didn't wait for the building permits and screwed themselves over. It's not coming to SFNE anytime soon.
