The Halloween Crazies are out in full bloom today.

Rare crazy-assed bloom.

On this, the unholiest of festive days, the holier-than-though posts are running RAMPANT. Everyone has MUCH to say about nothing, and NOTHING to say about much.

Lot's of nitpicking and nitgrinning. In a vicious cycle. No one is who they think they are. No one is acting the way they should, or shouldn't. Or do, or don't. Or have, or haven't. Ever before. In the history of this Board. Whoever they say they are. Or aren't.

And I never!

Where is style, where is skill, where is forethought?

It's pure Halloween MADNESS, I tell you. And you're all a part of the putrid party.

Candy is dandy, but liquor is quicker.

Me too, actually. We had a costume contest at work, and they had buckets of candy for each of us.

Every year I see people who have costumes really admire...

but...at least once every year, I see someone and wonder "Are they wearing a costume..or do they really dress like that?"

I met with a new tenant today, as was sort of floored when I opened the door and she was standing there, in a black Paris Hilton wig, a plastic tiara and a shirt that read "BUUUUUUUUURRRP".


I didn't even ask who she was supposed to be.

I hate what went on here and I'm sorry I even got involved in it. I don't enjoy trying to be quick with nasty remarks and I did it today. I'm leaving it to the experts now.

SO- today's the day I decided to try and stop eating candy and sweets-that must be why I cracked up-SUGAR WITHDRAWAL-beware of it!

Right outside my door the crowds are gathered waiting for the parade. I'm debating standing on my stoop to try and get photos tonight.

oy, I don't think I'm going outside, mom-I just realized I have to watch Top Model and Dirty Sexy Money. They show the parade on tv, though!
