Wil and Grace has not been funny , out loud , hah-ha, since before last season. I hope in the coming season they let Wil have a long term relationship ( one major unbelieveable flaw in the character in my opinion) and that the writers of Karen and Jack stop making them stupid.

Oh! And more Rosario!!!!!!!!!!

I know Debra Messing was very pregnant when the season finale was filmed...but...it was totally unbelievable for her not to at least have phoned Karen (on film of just her face with the phone next to it).

I feel kid of bad for Debra becase it is very excting that she was pregnant and everthing, but I think that may have hurt the show a little. It's definitely not her fault though...again, blame the crappy writers.

By the way, I don't know if anyone else noticed in the J-Lo episode how her dancer that fell and got hurt, fell way before even stepping near the shrimp on the floor. That part kind of ruined the humor of the situation for me. re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: The J-Lo on 'Will and Grace '!

I noticed it right away. Actually there is alot of turmoil these days on the set of Wil and Grace. The producres are in a legal battle with NBC over control. Its been reported on in the trades. Maybe that has contributed to the poor quality of the show lately.

I agree Will and Grace is not as funny but I nearly choked watching Jack dance with his durag. I was just starting to swallow some soda and Jack lost his durag and tied it on his head under his chin..........I went to laugh and had the soda go up my nose. As with many shows, they are very fresh in the beginning of the run and then the jokes get kind of stale. I love the Beverly Leslie character and how him and Karen go back and forth. He should be on more often. As for J-Lo, she just seemed like she was playing herself.

They can't have anyone of the characters have a permanent relationship because the show is about the four of them. I would like to see Will get a nice boyfriend. Also, Harry Connick, Jr. is a singer and actor and I am sure he could not commit to be a regular. I liked him on the show. Grace, I could take or leave. I read somewhere that the others were glad when she could not come in for taping of the last few shows. She was a pain in the butt. She thought she should get special treatment on the show. It is noticeable when you see them together on a talk show.

I think that the show has degraded over time as well. I think it has to do with the spoiling nature of success... which is often a sense of invincibility. "We are a hit, now no one needs to proofread or double check a concept."

I like the older episodes. But I still TiVo it. It's enjoyable, there are a few good laughs, cameos, and references to the great white way.
