OK- I'm still trying here to get to the bottom of this.

SOMEONE at the CIA (Possibly an anti-Bush agitator) sent Joe Wilson to Niger and Joe Wilson came back and reported that yes, Iraq was a-hunting for yellowcake and trying to build atomic weapons. Then, Wilson CHANGED his story to say "Yes, we have no Yellowcake" and the CIA decides to discredit him by revealing something that everyone already knew, that his wife was a CIA agent.

Meanwhile, the CIA has somehow confirmed Saddam was Yellowcake shopping although everyone (except British Intelligence) Says he wasn't. Meanwhile, Joe Wilson outs his wife so that he can make the R's look bad?

MY head hurts! I am going to stop trying to figure this one out and think about why gas prices are suddenly plummeting as we approach the November elections and if there is a connection somewhow.

Oh, the headline.... yesssss... there's one very important detail that was linked on your blahhhhhg... one that was verrrry interesting... and nobody will ever, EVER believe it! Something that will blow the lid off your already discredited credibility.

I never ever threatened you. And I never published anything specific about you that you didn't end up revealing more specifically. And for now, I won't print the shocking truth. However, PM me if you want the dirt folks!

Dan Rather? Was he involved in this somehow? Or was it just a "talking point" to bring up Rather whenever you want to imply the media is biased and inacccurate. But Rather has had, by and large, a remarkable career, capped off by a really stupid mistake for which, justly, he's paid for with his career.

On the other hand, Rush Limbaugh reported (Among other gems) that Vince Foster was muredered in an apartment owned by Hillary Clinton and his body was dumped in the park. All wrong, all inaccurate and yet...he's still got a career. How can that be? Is it an example of the conservative media bias that permeates the mainstream media?

i don't consider rush to be part of the mainstream media. he's a talk radio host. it's like saying that npr's frsh air is part of the mainstream media. granted he has a large audience, but anybody who goes to rush for their news has a problem. he's simply an entertainer who happens to base his show around politics.
