Posted: 1/15/07 at 10:25amThis really has nothing to do with gluttony, but when I was little I LOVED cheese. Many kids have a thing for ketchup, well, cheese was my vice. For example, when I wanted a snack, I'd crumble up bread, cover it with half a bag of shredded mozzarella cheese, and put it in the microwave until the cheese melted. If I didn't like the taste of something, I'd melt a mound of cheese over it in an attempt to disguise/enhance the flavor. Ugh, I'm cringing just thinking about it.

Every time I go to one of those all you can eat Chinese buffets I consume three plates full of food-oy.
