Posted: 12/21/07 at 5:30amI never understood designer purses/anything to begin with. I understand wanting sometime well made that will last...but you needn't go designer to get that. I just really never understood why anyone would pay 600 for a purse that cost $30 to make.

There are twin girls who live down the street from me and last year for Christmas they got Ugg boots as a present...real Ugg boots. These girls are five years old what the hell are they going to do with Ugg boots?
Their older sister is even worse. Last year for Christmas she got gift cards totaling well over $300, 2 Louis Vuitton purses, a Louis Vuitton watch, a new laptop, a new iPod, and a new plasma screen TV for her bedroom.
