Lol sorry Obvious... it's a school program that stands for International Baccalaureate. It was a program originally created for the children of ambassadors. Because their families were constantly traveling, the IB program was created to exist in schools around the world. It's no longer selectly for children of ambassadors, but for official IB essays and papers, they are sent to a different country to be graded in a primary and secondary language. I hope that cleared it up a little bit.
