My friend finished with his last girlfriend because she lied about her weight.....
she died in a bungee-jumping accident.

'Finished with'- that does mean broke up, not killed her, right?
And guys- Anthony's back.
Mixed feelings about that. Part of me is "over" him now.

Hey Rent fans, how come all the OBC are signing up for the movie - apparently - yet Rosario Dawson's jumped aboard?
Hello - who is she?

Ditto, Tiff.
My feelings about the Rent movie change about every other minute... the OBC are like a safety blanket, but isn't Rent about new talent? (and the fangirl wants to see Adam on screen)
Rosario's a lovely lady and a good actress, seen in such acclaimed fare as Josie and the Pussycats, and the upcoming Alexander movie, where she romps nude with Colin Firth.
I don't think I've heard her singing voice (unless that really was her singing in Josie, which I'm not entirely sure on), but her attitude screams "box yours in - don't look at me the wrong way"-type Mimi and she could look hot with Adam.
Tiff-that was Rosario in Josie

Daphne wouldn't look too hot as Mimi now, unfortunately.
And yep, Jacob, Rosario played Valerie.

Hopefully she vocalized that she didn't want to play the role since she'll be a new mother, that way she doesn't need to know that she probably would have been rejected anyway. But even if she was rejected, and probably does feel left out, I don't think it'll crush her. "It's not personal. It's just business." *shrug* (Can I just say how much I LOVE The Apprentice theme song?)

I'm still hoping that Daphne will get a smaller role. The movie will just feel wrong without her. Is it unrealistic to hope that she may be a christmas caroler? Hey, why not Mimi's mom? There's a good fit.
If I was Daphne, I'd sooner kill myself than play my original character's mother while all my old co-stars are still playing their original parts. Oy. (It would be cool though.)

Yeah, that would be tres humiliating. Yes yes the use of the word 'tres' is annoying but I like it...it makes me feel Quebecois.
