I can't decide what RENT ringtone to make for the month of August. Time to retire my Grey Gardens one.

ah! Hope everyone is having fun tonight! I can't wait to see it.
MotorTink-La Vie Boheme! That's a fun one.
It has to have a good 20 second clip that will sound ok as a ringtone. Right now I am working on one from "RENT"
Rent's a nice one, too. I have a clip from La Vie Boheme B as a ring tone.
I made a "One Song Glory" ring tone, which is nice.

I think Rent is probably the best song to choose. I would have to test out each song, but that's just me. =P
The show should be almost over. Oh, th suspense!
I'm pretty sure most of our posters will be trying stage door, so that will add a little bit of time to it
I'm determined to stay up until probably midnight. Then I'll go to bed. But I'm really excited!
If I'm this excited now, I wonder what it'll feel like when I actually go. Although, truthfully, I don't show my excitement until after the event. And then, I show it by talking about it.
Hi everyone - I just got home from an incredible night. I feel so lucky to have been there. As many of you know, there's no curtain at the Nederlander, and the actors walk out casually to start the show, led by Roger. Well, before I even saw him (I was on the far right) I heard some screams, which built and built and built, then everyone starting standing up, screaming, cheering and applauding. It lasted a good long while. What a start to the show! I expected there to be some cheers, but this... think Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show.
Adam looked incredibly happy to be there, so much so that I felt it took him a few minutes to get into character, but once he did, he was totally focused. No mistakes that I was aware of (though others more familiar with the show might correct me). The only thing he had a little trouble with was, of all things, the Musetta's Waltz guitar riff. There were new bits of business here and there - Tamyra Gray gave a little shimmy when she sang "No, with my father," and Adam imitated it for his "I'm Roger." It was a funny moment. Anthony and Merle Dandridge played Tango Maureen for all it was worth. There are many more moments worth mentioning, which I'm sure others will bring up. The audience remained incredibly responsive throughout the show, giving large ovations for practically every number. Probably the biggest and loudest, however, was for What You Own. It was the entrance screaming all over again. What a great night!
I didn't stay for the stagedoor, so am very interested to hear all about that!

Chloe, thanks so much for the review, we've all been waiting to hear! sounds like a wonderful and unforgettable night. I am happy for you all. :)
Hey Robin. I should add that Adam looked and sounded fantastic, and didn't seem to have any problem bounding on and off the tables.
I am really happy for him too.He must be feeling pretty good right now. Thanks so much for posting, we love each tidbit, so glad its all good! can't hardly wait until we go!
Another nice moment was the little dance Adam and Tamyra did during Happy New Year. She ended up with her legs perched on his hips. She's so slender I don't imagine it was much weight at all for him. La Vie Boheme was extremely lively and well-received, very energetic without going over the top, which is what it seemed when I saw the show a while back. This particular Maureen was a very enthusiastic mooner, and Adam seemed to be craning his neck to check her out.
ETA: there are quite a few posts about the show tonight on the main board's Welcome Home Rapp and Pascal thread.

Heh, D'Monroe, Anthony and Adam all picked up Tamyra at some point during the show, like she was a prop that could be tossed around for effect.

they did!
God, Adam looked gorgeous tonight. When he took off his sweater for LVB and had on that famous black sleeveless shirt, I was like oh lord...
I have work tomorrow, I have no idea why I'm staying up to do this but here are some pics!
*edit* moved pictures to my fan photos
siamese dream and I thought he looked a little soft, truth be told! Not bad, but not up to his previous physique.

He definitely did, but it works. It works well... or, he works it well. Something
Thanks so much for the pictures, misschung. I'm finally off to bed - at least I think I'll be able to sleep now!
I agree! Thanks for the pictures. =)

He's not quite defying the classification of "starving artist" as much as Joey Fatone was. Of course, it makes more sense to have a soft Roger, because if fanfiction ever taught me anything, it's that Mark gives ALL the Cap N Crunch to Roger. Probably hides the AZT in the Crunchberries.
Thank you for the pictures, misschung. They made me smile.

LOL =D
Thanks for all the reviews! I'm so excited now! Only 3 more weeks...
The stage-door thing sounds bad, though. I hope they manage to come up with something more manageable soon.
