You're taking Art History? I'm jealous...the one thing I hate is that I don't have time to take a bunch of interesting classes in subjects (outside of music)...
Boo, now I want to go to an art museum...
I thought professors were supposed to be LESS flaky than students. My english professor just emailed that she messed up our syllabus and she assigned an additional reading for tomorrow which there is no way I can do. My art history TA just emailed to say she has to cancel office hours today, the day before our midterm. How nice of her.
Can you tell I'm in a crappy mood?

Unfortunately, I've also encountered this...a lot more than I'd like. I know that college is more relaxed and all that good stuff...but I'm paying a buttload of money...I'd like my teachers to attend class and be consistent....
I had that problem with two of my professors last semester, it was not fun. My school was $20000 for a semester, you would think professors would always be there and actually be good. But no.
I hope everyon'e stuff coming up goes well!
I read parts of The Jungle junior year for AP History...and wanted to become a vegetarian.
I am so glad you are having a great time Ash! I can't wait to hear all about tonight!
I am going to hurt someone.
I want to go home. When do I EVER say that?
What happened?
My roommate lost all sense of being mildly considerate; she's hardly ever disagreeable. In college, I feel like you sort of approach this point around mid-semester where you just want to kill everyone around you. Everybody starts to go a little bit stir-crazy, and you're all stressed out, so things get really messy.
And I don't feel very well. I slept enough, but you guys know about my like... nervous/excited "I'm so going to throw up" deal.
I hope that you feel better.
Thanks. :)
Morning, everyone.

I know that feeling all too well. I have just a couple more days to get through before spring break, and I'm not entirely sure I'll get through them without going bonkers on someone.
Yeah, exactly. Actually, I'm entirely certain I will go bonkers on someone.
Perhaps I should steer clear. I don't want you going bonkers on me!
I'll proably whine to you and then just start to cry.
Awe *hugs* feel better!
She's completely ignoring me.
Go smack her upside the head with something - that'll get her attention.
*evil laugh*
GRRRRRRRRRR. My marketing professor is so f**king flaky. We have a mandatory guest lecture to attend at 12:30 today in addition to class, and he was supposed to tell us about it during class last week, but he didn't. Instead, he sent out an e-mail this morning "reminding" us that we had to go. If I didn't check my e-mail before I was going to go out for lunch, I never would have known. This is really aggravating.
I woke up at 6am to study, fell asleep on my book and woke up again at 9:05- for a 9:30 exam. It takes me 20 minutes to get to that class from my building. Yeah. I have to leave for my second exam in 14 minutes, then go to my professor's office to get an assignment she didn't have in class with her this morning, go to the bank before it closes, *maybe* go to my afternoon class, then go to work. All on 3 hours of sleep and no food because I feel nauseous.
Awe, I'm sorry . I stayed home from school today. I had the worst night ever last night and wasn't up to school today.

This might cheer some of you up. I need to tell you guys about the dream I had last night. It was a crazy mish-mash of... stuff, and I wish I could remember more details!
Okay, I was somewhere with a friend (as odd as this sounds, I think it was either one of my best friends from home, or Emcee), and we were watching Wicked. It wasn't the Wicked we all know, however. I just remember somebody calling it "Wicked". Anyway, it was taking place at a high school or something, because the place was FULL of kids, and most of them were sitting on bleachers. My sister and one of her friends were sitting on the top row of bleachers.
So we were on the floor near the stage, and then suddenly, we were onstage, standing off to the side (near stairs) with a couple of actors... I don't know/can't remember who they were. Seriously, I think this was my first Adam dream, you guys. He was rockin' it out in the middle of the stage. I don't know what he was singing. Anyway, we stood on the edge of the stage for awhile, and then someone else started to sing. Something about a pumpkin... and then - and I think this is the weirdest thing I've ever, ever dreamed - the singer came up behind me, grabbed me under the arms, and, like, lifted me up and swung me around. Seriously. Of course, Dream!Me loved it. And then the show waas over. We (me and either friend from home or Emcee) were standing there, and realized that the lift/swinger was Byron Utley. We freaked out a little, then went back to my house. My sister was like, "Mom, the coolest thing happened at the show! Allison got swung around!"
Then we tried to talk my mom into buying me Anthony's book. She wasn't going for it at all. She was like, "Read the excerpt online before you get it." Which I told her I did. "Well, you just want it because it's colourful!" Uh... what? She then said, "Well, it's a romance novel. You don't need it." That's when the rest of us lost it. We were like, "Are you nuts? It's not a romance novel, it's a memoir of his life!!"
And then I think I woke up.
I love weird dreams.
I hugged Adam in my dream last night.
