sweetdisaster, to answer your question, the post in question wasn't from this thread. It was from a general Adam concert reviews thread on the main board. I think all of the posts on that thread were overwhelmingly positive except for that one.

Going out tonight... should be fun.

That video of Adam reading the post is funny. I heard about him introducing Book of Endings like that, but had never seen or heard it for myself.

I'm so happy that they have videos from the Symphony Space interview for 30 Days of Rent. I've heard that it was interesting, so its cool that now there are parts of it that I can watch.

I was lucky enough to be there, GuitarGirl, and it was a great introduction to the film.

I have something of an excuse, Tink. I worked late last night and got home at 11:30. And I am dressed and have even been out on an errand, but I didn't get up until 10:15 or so.

The cold fresh air out here is unfortunately being delivered by gusty winds, so I'm planning to "get going" inside the house.

I have Emcee to thank for telling me how to screencap with a Mac. That's all I know, so this won't apply to PCs.

The key combination shift/command/3 will take a snapshot of your screen. I then import these files into iPhoto, where I crop them to eliminate all the extraneous stuff like my desktop and the BWW page around the picture. I've become rather obsessive about it, but everyone needs a hobby.

I'm on a PC. All of my keyboards have had a 'Print Screen' button near the top by the F keys. It should work the same way.

It's control-print screen on PCs.

Wow, I went back to look, and I really can't believe how long I lurked on this thread, lol! My first post here was on 11/1 - almost 100 pages ago but I was reading for quite a while before that. Oy! How time flies!

I saw the LJ video. I have to search for the old thread, but I think I remember reading that when that chick first posted that review. Too funny.

That's the one, Ariella. I'd love to see that since everyone was laughing so hard it was difficult to hear anything after the "quip." Also couldn't see Wilson rolling around the floor from where I sat.

There's a Rentsecret about BWW and the Love Thread posters being intimidating, but I'm not sure I take it too seriously.

I was a little intimidated at first. I was "new" to the Adam scene and a lot of concerts were going on, so I was afraid of saying the wrong thing, etc. Lol. And I've been out of HS for how long? =)
