On Friday I had an argument with a girl here about Adam. She was convinced that he's gay, because "no one that talented is straight". WTF? I guess it's sort of a compliment? Maybe? Anyway, I told her that by no means is he gay. She wouldn't believe me until I told her that he used to be a personal fitness trainer, upon which she immediately retracted all previous statements. It was interesting.

Interesting that's what convinced her. I always thought personal trainers tended to be gay.

Well, if her original reasoning was so faulty, why should she be convinced by anything sensical?
No, I didn't, but I highly doubt it. She doesn't seem to be the type.

That seems to be on par with their logic, which is why I asked. "He's in theatre, of COURSE he's gay!"

This is totally random and I doubt many of you care, but there's this really pretty view on campus that I walk by to get to the dining hall. They're constructing a new building right in the way of it this year, which I'm kind of disappointed about. And don't even get me started on the stupid corridor they're building. *sigh* It's sad when it's only been 3 years and you're already nostalgic because it's changed so much...

Elphie, that's some interesting "logic" that girl was using.

It's not technically part of campus, but I'm going to be really upset when they start making those stupid "renovations" to Washington Square Park. I don't see why the fountain needs to be changed from how it is now.

Hey, Dancin. You totally have my complete sympathy/empathy. School and a bunch of other things have gone to hell this year.

I spend a significant amount of time trying to convince my friends that Adam is NOT gay. Especially after they were exposed to the sparkly pants. Most are convinced he's carrying on a clandestine affair with Anthony.

Ariella, I'm most annoyed by the fans who think Anthony & Adam have been having some sort of secret love affair going on since when they were in Rent together. I suppose they'll never learn.

The comment on Adam being gay & the personal trainer note, I would've thought he would be more gay.

I think it's rather revolting that people support/think they have some sort of "affair" going on. I mean its like come on people~Adam is married with two kids, and Anthony is currently with his partner (I think his name is Rodney...may be wrong). Just thought I'd say hi to one and all, been ahwhile with school and stuff...but I had to say something, it just really bugs me. (Though I have to admit, the sparkly jeans did show off Adam's ass...'nough said).

Thanks for the updates, everyone. I looked at Cybele's article, and it was kind of sad to read that Lennon got upset over his food allergies for the first time.

Ironically, guys who are actually in the closet probably butch it up a lot more than Adam does.

That teacher was here in New York, so at least they don't have that problem anymore.
