It just doesn't make sense to me. It's a little red light. It's not like she's an energy conservationist or something.

I know people who leave their computers on all night, but my parents would bug out if it was left on all night. As it is, it's left on all day.

My computer at home stays on all the time (the monitor automatically shuts off after a certain period of inactivity, though), and my parents have no problem with that whatsoever. Yet for some reason they feel the need to shut off the cable box when they're not watching TV.

My parents make people shut the computer down if no one is going to be on for awhile. I've never even seen their screensaver go on. I think the last time I shut my computer down was when I was bringing it to the library and I didn't want the battery to wear down on the way there- mine's on constantly.

I've recently been leaving my laptop on all night instead of putting it on hibernate, but then it started to make noises reminiscent of an airplane taking off, so I started to put it on hibernation again.
I recognize the addiction to being alive.

I should do get food- but I'm scared of the dining hall after yesterday. I swallowed a fraction of a teaspoon of ham and my stomach was doing Me Ole Bamboo all yesterday because of it.

awee.. then only eat packaged food, or idk haha. I should go do my hair, I have to leave soon for dance practice for sportsnight at my school. I really don't want to go.

I recently read somewhere that it costs about $5 a year if you leave your computer on all day and night, every day. I'm not sure how true it is, but if it is, that's really cool. Raul's naked! With Adam, well....we can wish.

Unless I'm downloading something, I put my laptop on hibernate at night, mainly because any sort of light in my room will render me unable to sleep.

Heehee. Nun!Adam

I turn my computer off at night. I'm paying the hydro bill, so we keep all the lights off and the computers too.
