Em I feel your pain. All of last semester I had an 830 calsss every morning which meant I had to get up by 730 because I have to eat a normal sized breakfast everyday because of medicine I take. If I don;t it will tear up (literally) my stomach and I could you know die! And since I had all my classes in the morning I had to get a decent amount of sleep every night. So i would go to bed at 1, sometimes midnight if I had a test the next day, and my roomate would be typing on her computer and putting on music and stuff. Maybe i was too nice because I can sleep with lights on but some days it was ridiculous!
I finally started taking NyQuil just so I would be able to sleep through whatever she was doing. One night i took it and locked the door before going to sleep because her friends would just walk into the room without knocking and she had forgotten her key. So I guess she was pounding on the door for 10 minutes (and when she told me what time I found out it was the time NyQuil kicked in and I'm dead to the world when that happens). Finally she went downstairs to get the spare and the nexxt day she copletely bitched at me.
Tp make it worse she had the weirdest sleeping schedule ever. she would take naps at 4pm get up at 7 stay up til 4 or 5 then sleep until 3 or 4 pm the next day...and expected me to be silent. It annoyed me so much.
So good luck with all that
I'm off to the grocery store with my dad!

Did you know that there is digital bubble wrap? It's not as satisfying as the real stuff, but if you just have to pop something...
And I need more books to read. Suggestions?

Posted: 1/23/06 at 1:00pmMy desk is too cluttered to *headdesk*, so I do the "monitor sandwich" instead (place head on laptop keyboard, close monitor over head, repeat until desired effect is achieved)

Most of my bookshelf is comprised of stuff you told me to read.
Did you find Snow Falling on Cedars?

Oh, I forgot that one. *writes Snow... down*
Katt, I don't know. Good ones? Not Sci-Fi or Fantasy, if that's what you mean. I reserved Brokeback Mountain.

Posted: 1/23/06 at 1:06pmI'm liking Gregory Maguire. He wrote the Wicked book, and he has I think 5 others.
