Yup. I think Maureen left a jar of Nutella for them to have a little fun with. And they did.
No no no Allie, fanfics are LOVE. Can't you just see the colorbar?

Oops. You're right, Billboard! But since I measure my life in love, fanfics are both love and life.
Oh, Allie, I read that one! Where Maureen leaves Roger and Mark the Nutella and tells them to put it on something good. And after considering Captain Crunch, they realize that Maureen *clearly* left it for them to eat off each other. *brain bleach*
Bad fanfic is so my anti-drug. And I'm pretty sure Adam/Tracie fics already exist. That one about Adam being a great dancer...

Oh, I totally admit to reading fanfic. There was one I read a looong time ago that was really lengthy, and made me cry a lot. It was quite well-written.
My favorite is the one with Adam, Raul, Anthony, and Jesse. The one with all of those brilliant quotes.

I'm not gonna lie...some fanfic is really good. But most of it is crap...
The cookies are different. Good, but just a little different that my usual cookie (I'm assuming its the pudding mix). If you do it, be SURE to cut the recipe in half!
Pictures on the way

That's my favorite, too, Bohemian!

I'm on the edge of my seat, Amber! Tell me more about how they taste. I'm drawn to the pudding aspect, I must admit.
How could it not be, Lexi? "Sorry, I only do Equity actors."

Easter cookies
They're a lot more moist than normal cookies...my roommate said cake-y, but that's still not quite right. Good for a change I guess...I DO prefer the ones with chocolate chips however!
ETA: Guy friend just came over and said they were amazing. Granted, I probably could've given him anything and he would've said this. But just passing along...

They're so cute!

Yum! Hmmm, I wonder why the colours ran from the eggs. They didn't do that in the other pictures. I really like how the cookies puffed up around the egg, though. If you made the cookies a bit bigger and stuck maybe two more eggs on each one, they would look like little nests! Maybe add some coconut to the batter to make it look even more like a nest.

Heh...that'd be adorable. I've still got a buttload of eggs, so I might do that sometime in the future. I wanted to make the cookies bigger (see the monsters in my avatar)...but since they were little originally, I decided to go for the cute little ones.
ETA-the color only ran on the plain ones...the chocolate chip didn't have a problem...

Amber, your cookies look delicious!

Those WERE really good cookies (the ones in your avatar). My mom's cookie recipe comes from the back of the Crisco shortening box. I was so disappointed to learn that. I had hoped it would be a recipe I could pass down.
Heh, funny story about old recipes. Someone on the cooking LJ community posted about this: She called her grandmother to get her super secret apple pie recipe. This pie was something that all the kids would waaaant so badly, so they'd eat every bite of their dinner. Anyway, the grandmother was like, "Do you really want to know?" Turns out, there were NO apples in the pie at all. They were Ritz crackers! She and her sister each made this Ritz pie and were horrified that it tasted EXACTLY like their grandmother's delicious "apple" pie.
Anyway, back to your cookies. It's weird that only the plain ones had a problem with the colour running! Why would that have happened?
I'm just watching Cold Case now, because I'm in LA. Its the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. I love him so much. The secret circle of trust thing was really cute, his secret and reactions. And Tracie, yay!

Yay for more Cold Case giddiness!
I don't know...I found it weird as well. Exact same dough...and the texture didn't truly change with the chocolate chips...Although, I didn't think about until a few minutes ago...I used a mixer to blend the dough (a big no no, for those of you who don't know). That changed something I'm sure...probably the cake factor of the dough...

I use a hand mixer when the recipe calls for me to "beat" something, but other than that, it's all muscles, baby!
Also, maybe they needed to be cooked longer? I dunno... I'm just going by the look of the other ones. They're a little darker on top. This may be a case of "things never turn out the way they look in the book!" although the original wasn't a book, heh.

Nope, a few of the others were a bit more brown than those. I only photograph the pretty looking ones
Yeah, normally I'm really good about mixing by hand...I was distracted by crying to Grey's Anatomy and George being the sweetest guy ever...and Chris O'Donnell...
There's a very simple explanation as to why the color ran on the plain ones but not the chocolate chip ones: Chocolate makes everything better

Hehe...it's true! By the way, I saw a trailer tonight on tv for Thank You for Smoking and was like, Hey! I know that quote!
Losing an hour has made me exhausted. I think that I might go to bed at a sane hour tonight.
Adam looked really good throughout the whole episode. And ghost Adam, wow, hot.

Just saw Cold Case, well awhile ago, but I only managed to get on here now. Woah, Ghost Adam was quite dashing. He was so sweet in this show, and I thought he did a great job. I'm so happy I taped it so I can watch it aaannnyyy time I want.
That's completely true, chocolate makes everything better.
