I've been trying to find something about NFL Dad, but no luck so far. I used to be able to buy The Hollywood Reporter and look up movies. They have an incredible number of listings of things even in while they're in development, but it doesn't seem to be available anymore. I think it's only online, where you have buy a subscription.

That's strange; I was able to find a paper copy over the summer.

Where did you find it? It used to be at the newstand near where I work and at the bigger newstands at Penn Station, but no more.

I found it.... in a small magazine store on the South side of 42nd Street, a few doors down from the movie theatre near 8th. I have no idea what it was called.

I think I know the one you mean actually, I'll check it out the next time I'm in the city. Has anyone been able to check on IMDb Pro?

I had very temporary IMDb Pro access.
It was fun.

Chloe, you found the screenwriter's blog, right? Perhaps she has an email link on it? I don't know if that's overly intrusive, but part of me thinks she might be flattered to see someone take an interest in her work.

I may have to bite the bullet and do their 14 free trial. I just have a congenital reluctance to post my credit card on the net unless I absolutely have to.

Let us know if you find anything, Chloe.

I'm not sure I want to email the writer, Lexi. She seems quite friendly, but the kind of info I'm interested in would be stuff she's probably not allowed to talk about. The film business has become very paranoid in the last few years. If I get a copy of a film I'm working on, my name is burned onto the picture so they'll know if my copy is pirated. They ship reel tapes separately so the whole film won't be in one package, and put a pseudonym on the paperwork. It's crazy.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if you'd want to do it (I'd probably feel a bit strange doing it myself), but it was the only suggestion I could think of. That's very interesting about the film business, though. Paranoia in the film industry didn't even cross my mind when I made that suggestion!

Computer technology and the internet have made pirating really easy. You used to need access to a film lab, but now all you need is a good computer.

It's amazing to see how technology has changed so much over the last few years.
I wonder why Adam's using the same setlist over and over on this tour. I was thinking perhaps it was because Larry only knows a limited amount of his songs, but from what I've seen/heard, that man would probably be able to pick up on his other songs in a heartbeat. I know many musicians say that they no longer play a significant portion of their older work (sans the hits) because it no longer has the same emotional resonance. I would really hope that's not the case -- I like Every Time Around and Liken a Razor, but they're nowhere near my favorites from that CD.

As good as Larry is, I kinda miss Adam's old pianist. I was really excited to hear him do some Model Prisoner stuff live, though; and I LOVE the scaled-down version of Every Time Around. It's so relaxing and beautiful.

Chloe, those screencaps remind me of that Christian site that cited "gaping-face kissing" as one of the many things immoral about Rent.

I don't imagine they have much time to rehearse anything else at this point, and it's a pretty short tour. Every Time Around is one of my favorite songs on Model Prisoner.

Okay, I haven't posted in here since part 8, lol. I took a break from BWW for a while and felt too behind in this thread so I've been focusing on the Raul thread instead, but I decided it's time to jump back into the craziness that is the Adam Pascal Lovin'. Especially since I'm going to see him on Sunday
. I don't even care what songs he sings, 'cause this is gonna be my first time seeing him and that is amazing

Have fun, Shiksa! (Well, how could you not?)
If you want to bake, Amber, I say go for it. If my suitemate weren't having friends over, I'd be baking cookies right now.

Yay, I'm here just in time for Baking With Amber!
As for why Adam is using the same setlist for every concert on the tour, it's probably for the best. Otherwise, fans would be whining about how he sang [insert favorite song here] at another concert but not the one they went to (you have to figure that the fans who would care about such a thing are Internet-savvy enough to find out the setlists from other tour dates).

Yeah, it would take a lot for it not to be a fun evening. I also get to meet an old friend of mine that I haven't talked to since elementry school whose school Adam is going to be at. She got us tickets
