Oy, poor Em. I thought my iPod broke on New Year's Eve and I flipped out. I need to get a new one anyway though, because I ran out of space on this one (clearly, I'm an idiot for thinking a 6 gigabyte Mini would be enough)- I'll probably wait until the summer so I can use my birthday money (and because they'll probably unveil a new model by then).
"There was this one time an alarm went off - it was in the middle of '24.' That's just wrong. Everyone knows everyone was watching '24' at that time."

My iPod died on me. I was torn - it was so essential to my life that one of the many nicknames it had was "My Placenta". I wish I was kidding.

I don't have an iPod. I need to get new headphones for my mp3 player though, all the foam is falling off.

My Ipod Mini stopped working like 6 months after I got it. I had heard stories about that happening, so I kept telling my parents that I didn't want an Ipod for Christmas. They thought that since I told them I didn't want it, I really did and got me one. I wish it still worked.

Sorry for everyones ipod trouble..I thought I broke mine a few months ago, but it miraculously fixed itself. My phone is bothering me though. I put it on volume 7 and it refuses to go. It stays on silent. It's really annoying.

My iPod was an old, first generation one that endured much abuse at the hands of my clumsy self. It's time had come. Olé Biscuit Barrel, you will not be forgotten ....

Are you sending it to Apple because it's still under warranty? Otherwise, I'd go to Tek Serve on W 22nd Street. It's an excellent Mac service place.
ETA: though actually I have no idea if they deal with iPods.

Yeah, it's still under warranty. I have a feeling they're going to replace it. They said I'll have it back within seven days, but if not I can use my mom's or my brothers for the show.

I won't lose anything; it's all on my laptop. So if I get a new one, I just load everything onto it.

I've been thinking about Cold Case, and like someone else said, that's probably what Adam was shooting at the end of February instead of going to NACA. The timing is perfect, since a one-hour show episode is usually shot six weeks before it airs. One of the production companies is Warner Brothers Television - not the same as the WB network, but his agent might understandably have gotten them confused.
I hope I'm wrong, because I want to see him in more than one show of course.

I'm very excited for the Cold Case episode. Willkomen is my favorite song from Cabaret.

I would really, really enjoy seeing him on Gilmore Girls. I like the show and can imagine some sparks with one or the other of the girls.
I gather there are some pilot possibilities, but I'm not sure how I feel about a regular series slot for him. Though it must be tempting, since a long-running series is probably the most secure, best-paying job in the business.
