Also: I'm terrible at math and I have to suffer through my first stats quiz this Wednesday. I'm terrified.

I usually like to go into a show with some general knowledge of the plot, but I tend to wait until after I see and like a show to get the cast recording. Of course, the first time I saw Rent I only knew 2 songs from it and next to nothing about the plot and it was just an incredibly thrilling experience.

Em, I know how you feel. I spent a few hours last night and this afternoon doing portfolio analysis for my Finance class and I couldn't tell you what most of it meant if my life depended on it. What kind of stats stuff is it? I took a Statistics class last semester and did pretty well, so maybe I can help.

Now I have to go get my laundry out of the dryer and hope that no articles of clothing were harmed in the process.

I've never seen men's jeans so tight. Seriously.

Lexi, that will change once you're in the city. Trust me.

Sorry, what video is this?

Stats as a class is sort of pointless, honestly. Most people come out of it still not understanding exactly what they're doing and what the analyses say about the data, and most stats work that you learn is done much more easily by computers. I'm sure there are websites out there with simple guidelines for interpreting test results. I need to take the second semester stats class to make up for a B in the first semester, though.

As if the Rent movie wasn't a big enough testament to this - Adam Pascal just can't dance. It's funny in an endearing sort of way. And what's with the crotch? He's packing some mega heat down there! Wow. And Michael is love.
