OK. Is it wrong of me to want to Sweeney because of him? I mean not really *all* because of him, but he's definitely good incentive re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part seven
I recognize the addiction to being alive.

"I have to say Adam Pascal isn't very good with words. Haha. He like stumbles and stammers... it's cute."

lol, someone on LJ talking about one of those interview things they play before movies start. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part seven

Lexi, it sounds like it's doing quite well and I'm sure it'll get a boost after the Tonys, so I would think it should still be around then. Does anyone know when the original cast's contracts are up?

Haha, what interview was this?

Edit: Thanks, girls. I don't know the first thing about that musical, so glad to hear it'll still be around for me.

I only know the extreme basics of the Sweeney plot, but I'm interested in seeing it. It's been available at the TKTS booth the last few times I've gotten tickets to shows, so I'm figuring that I might see it the next time I plan on being spontaneous.

I wonder what movie theater chain has that Adam interview in their pre-movie entertainment footage.

I've loved the OBC Sweeney Todd recording for a while, and the revival one is just about equally incredible. It seems like the sort of show that you should be familiar with before seeing anyway, yes?

Yeah, familiarizing yourself with the show for this particular production wouldn't hurt at all. And it's a great excuse to by the DVD of the touring production, anyway!

And to the comments regarding my icon ... my sister and I used to have this crazy in-joke that involved Roger, time travel, and a lot of nipple paint. But I will not go into length about that.

Stop looking at my charisma.

I think most, if not all, of musical theatre shows are better if one is at least somewhat familiar with the music. From my experience, they're the best when you don't know every line by heart, but are generally familiar with the melodies.

I am SO. BORED. I've reduced myself to just watching random Broadway-related videos that I have saved on my computer. After reading this thread, I have a strange urge to watch Michael's and Adam's Under Pressure for the HUNDREDTH EFFING TIME. Hee.

I've been the laziest person ever today. I went to class this morning, and then I came back and... well, sort of worked on our online chemistry homework, but the program absolutely hates my computer and I have to shut down and restart Firefox or Safari after every problem. So yeah, mostly just surfed the internet.

Ooh, data analysis. That's always fun.

Heh to Adam apparently going commando in the video. And wearing girls' jeans.

Hah, Em, that sounds like me every single time I do any type of math-related work.
