re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part seven

That's good to hear, Fantab. Some of the reviews I've seen were making me a bit nervous, but after seeing what you said I think my mom and I will have a good time when we see it re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part seven

I'm also seeing Sweeney Todd tomorrow (yay TKTS booth!), and I'm really excited about that re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part seven

You'll love Sweeney! I want to see it again.

CS, I'm with you...I just want to see anything at this point.

Hopefully within the next month, I'm going to see Audra in her run at HGO (closest I'll get to a musical for a while)...I'm excited.

Yaaaay secrets!

I liked Barefoot, too. It's cute.

I can't believe that the Rentsecrets are so late this week.

ETA: They're up!

This week's secrets pretty much suck, but #7 cracked me up and #24 is my new best friend.

I'm surprised there weren't more dvd related ones....

#33 is hilarious, just because its paired with that picture.

Is this the first time there wasn't an Adam secret? :o

And also, the "secrets" where people complain about Anthony are getting really old...

I agree with #33. I mean, the number is hilarious, but Idina's facial contortions just scare the sh*t out of me.

It's amazing that there aren't and Adam ones.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part seven

I'm glad there are no Adam secrets this week, considering how crappy all of the other cast secrets are.

The "I'm afraid I'm Mark/Roger/Mimi/insert character here" secrets are so overdone.

Yep, and the "I met all of my friends through Rent but now we're drifting apart" ones are starting to bug, too.

I still f**king love #24. I'm almost hoping it wasn't someone here who made it, because I want to think that there are other sane people out there.

"This community is like crack. I HATE it so much and its really bad for my health (in a spiritual sense), but I ALWAYS find myself here every week."

That's the first comment, and I certainly agree with it.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part seven

All the stuff about Anthony is such a perfect illustration in microcosm of how celebrity works. When he was just another original cast member, I never saw anything bad about him. Now that his profile is considerably higher and his book is doing so well, the snipers come out. It's so predictable.

If you don't come clean, Ashley, we're all going to assume that you're talking about 36. And who is that? It looks a little like Jesse but not quite.
