As long as you don't lose your wings, we will never know the difference.
Ick, I know I suck, but could someone please be an angel and tell me the rentsecrets link again? I promise this time I'll save it!

No problem, Elphie.
Thank you, thank you!
Would you like a pretty halo? *offers*
Have you told us about the secret that you most agree with yet?
*accepts pretty halo*
Yes, I did... I fessed up that I agreed with the first part of #40, though I vehemently disagree that Anthony's not a good role model, etc.

Hey, that was mine.
I agree with you.
Thanks. I think that my expectations were just too high for a genre that I'm not all that crazy about in the first place. :-/
This is my third attempt at posting this, so hopefully it goes through and I haven't triple-posted or something...

I'm back
I just watched rent with my dad for the first time (my mom decided to watch it again too.) I thought he would say something to break the silence after the "I'll Cover You" kiss, but he didn't. I couldn't see his reaction during the movie, so I had no idea if he was enjoying it. (He saw the show on Monday with me and my mom and he really liked it.) He was laughing at all the right moments and even moo-ed during "Over the Moon" (haha..it was actually funny.) Just to annoy me, by SOL:B he said "is it over yet?," but thankfully he was just kidding. During "Your Eyes" he pretended to be sleeping (just to once again, get me mad [he was joking]) and I hit him with a pillow . At the end of the movie I asked him how he liked it and he said "I really liked it, I thought it was really cool. The music was awsome." He seemed really moved by it. He then was raving about their voices and my mom mentioned the death of Jonathan, and he was really touched and was asking questions. I am very happy he loved it.
"It looked like he was wearing lipstick."
hahahaha...he thought Adam was gay?? LOL.
Well, Roger. But yes.

Well, he *was* referring to Seasons of Love, which was one part of the movie where Colombus told them not to be in-character, just be themselves. But yes, Roger.

Aight...a long time, a lot of flour, and one trip to the grocery store for vanilla later...its finally in the oven. Everyone say a prayer, if it sucks, I'm gonna be pissed. I do need to invest in a better pie plate...I didn't know we only had crappy ones. Ah well...I'm nibbling on apple pieces and streusel crumbly topping stuff...mmmm

Random: I really like Adam singing Pity the Child.
We have another winner...I almost messed up...my oven is a bit tempermental, and is known to just...decide to get hotter...luckily I caught it before it got really bad!
Picture on its way in a few :)
You DO realize that you're just going to make all of us hungry, right? Glad it turned out well, though.
I love Adam singing Pity the Child. He is insane with those high notes.
Adam singing Pity the Child = love.
Yay for it turning out good!

All apart of my evil plan...muahahaha
I knew about the Chess concert for a long while, but heard the song last August. It's basically become one of my favorites JUST for the high notes. *swoon*
I really like that concert in general.
