re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part six

Well, a ways away, but I will do all in my power to be there, Lexi. God, I hope there's something sooner.

Hi, Mandi! Glad to see the Nun.

Absolutely Allie.

I'm in the library where a useless librarian helped me with nothing. Lexi, I need some distraction because I've never been able to just sit and type. The problem wasn't the time, it was the lack of resources that I had. I had six books, only one was useful.

Hey, peeps. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part six

It sucks about having no resources... my school is connected to the Univ. of Pittsburgh. So, I go to school in the middle of nowhere but get the resources of a major university. Fun stuff. (You want me to look in my school's database for anything?)

You think it will have anything on Canadian women in the 50s? I'm in Canada and can't find anything.

I think I've found some articles. I'm off to the microfilm lab.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part six

I woke up at 9am this morning when work called asking why I wasn't there. My alarm didn't go off because the wind was so bad that it knocked out the power for my building. So I was 2 hours late to work, stayed there for only an hour (the other teachers glared at me) and then had to go to 2 classes that were really long and boring and we got nothing done.

But catching up on last night's discussion of Skittles was highly amusing.

I hate when I can still hear the wind even with my window closed. It's scary.

Power outages are why I use my cellphone alarm. My power goes out entirely too often at my house (and even a few times in my dorm).

BSo, you crack me up. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part six

I'm watching a movie. (Far From Home)

Em, I love your avatar... don't think I've mentioned that. I need to watch that movie again.

I'm basking in the glow of vacation.

And I'm staring at a tuna fish sandwich that I made. I don't want it.

Other than that...I guess I'm bored too!

I have about 4 hours to kill until I go see my parents, and I just don't know what to do. I mean, I could get some homework done, but I really don't feel like it.
