My mom keeps waiting for me to fall in love with my best friend, no matter how many times I try to tell her I'm not interested in him like that.

Careful with that Billboard... I was well on my way before finding out that he was gay.
I listen to 30/90 daily. Multiple times a day. It's actually sort of excessive, but I never get tired of it.
I need to go do wooork. I have tests tomorrow and Friday, and for the Friday one "unprepared" doesn't begin to describe it.
I think I've listened to tick...tick...boom! for the last two days straight.
Allie, this one is straight. And not bad to look at. And one of the most intelligent, funny, caring people I have ever met. But:
A) My friendship with him means way too much to me to even think of risking it
B) A big part of our friendship is the fact that we disagree on so much
C) Judging by the girls he's dated, he probably isn't attracted to me anyway
D) He's a Republican. And a Yankee fan. Maybe I could put up with one of those things, but combined they're a deal-breaker.
Heh, I had 30/90 stuck in my head all through my class this morning for some reason.
Finding straight guys in theater is hard enough.
Finding straight single guys in theater is unlikely.
Finding straight single guys in theater that aren't total players is an impossibility.
My tummy hurts, but I think it's nerves or something. All I know is that I really don't want to go to class but I have to
Today is supposed to be my busy day at school. I'm actually supposed to be in class right now. I didn't get to sleep until 6 though. . I'm tired.
I want to skip class today too... even though I know that is a bad idea. Ugh. Skipping a class that is once a week and 2 hours and 40 minutes long just isn't going to work, but I really don't feel well.
Right now I could use a nice warm bath. But, alas, the best I can do is a teeny, horrible water pressure shower.
I just have errands to run that I HAVE to do today and I can't do them later because I have to work this afternoon and the stores will be closed by the time I get off.
In other news, the features editor is an ass.
No luck with the feature, I take it?
They said that I'm too close to him and it's the paper's policy to not let that happen so they get an unbiased article.
a. I know the paper's policies, thanks
b. And I know my own abilities better than this person assumes and I could write an unbiased article about my own mother if I had to
I mean, last night I was upset, but now I'm just pissed. Who pulls that sh*t? They could have just said something like "No, thanks we're not interested" instead of attempting to lecture me on something I already know.
That's too bad Skittles. I know people in the classes where I can get the notes from, so it's not really bad. Although I'd rather be using my own notes.

Random, I know, but this is a message posted by someone who already has the movie DVD in a MySpace group:
Hi everyone.
I've never posted before but I got the movie today and If it hasn't been posted already I'll give you some info. This is the full screen special edition. I imagine the widescreen coming out 2/21 is the same.
Deleted scenes:
"My cat fell"
"Halloween"
"Goodbye Love"
"She still loves you"
"Alternate ending"
Special features:
Documentary: No Day But Today (This is the only documentary but it's very good it covers Jonathan Larson from childhood, the years of putting together Rent, the night of his death and the effect it had, casting the play (nice OBC stuff here) casting the movie and some making of the movie. It's probably about 90 minutes or so (had to pause, leave and then watch the end so give or take 90 minutes)
Info on Jonathan Larson foundation and National Marfan foundation.
No bloopers, (sorry, I was looking forward to that too)
The movie commentary is pretty funny. Adam and Anthony are having fun with it, they manage to leave Chris Columbus speechless a few times. I personally liked when the two of them got into the discussion about their "bad hair day" (Scene when Mark goes to talk to Roger while he's sitting on the window ledge after kicking Mimi out the night before). Adam Pascal is tired of hearing about his hair already! But they continue to point it out during the rest of the show.
They did not put April's death on the tape and Columbus explains why (in the movie commentary). The deleted sceens aren't long. Halloween is very cool, it's Anthony by himself.
Hope I'm not spoiling it for anyone but I know alot of people are anxious for this to come out ( I was, that's why I got mine early). It's just nice to watch it in professional color for a change instead of all the boots.
I thought you all would be interested!

Today has SUCKED. I overslept again, and I found out that I didn't get into the AP English class, which I'm kind of devastated about right now.
I can't wait to listen to the commentary.
Adam and his hair....OY.

I'm sort of disappointed that there's no blooper section.
I was looking forward to bloopers too.

They're saving the gag reel for the SUPER special edition they'll release next year, aren't they? *rolls eyes* I am NOT made of money!
Will somebody please work their magic and make me well again? I feel like SH*T.

Wasn't there some reference at some point to Adam and Rosario singing and acting out Take Me or Leave Me when the audio kept rolling? I wish that was on there...
I'll be happy though...commentary...hair...I swear, it really is all about his hair, isn't it?
There better not be a super extended release next year...that just makes me mad.
There was. I wish I could see that.
I hope they don't do another release after this. I don't want to buy it twice. My wallet is not as big as my heart.

"Adam Pascal is tired of hearing about his hair already!"
Riiight.
Now I really can't wait! I've never been this excited about a freaking DVD release. Then again, I rarely ever go to the cinema, but saw RENT twice within the first week it came out.
I'm sorry you feel bad, Allie . This probably won't make you physically well, but I hope it cheers you (and everyone else who needs it!) up. Smiling and laughing are healthy, you know!
Yeah, guess which computer ingenue just discovered the hilarity that is Livejournal?

Can someone please tell me why he's always singing with his hand between his legs?! Heh.
There better not be a super extended release next year...that just makes me mad.
I really don't think there will be unless the Rent DVD sells like mad. I don't think it would be profitable for Sony considering Rent wasn't a big hit.
Those are GREAT.
If Adam's tired of hearing about his hair, he shouldn't change it once a week.
Or he could give us something else to talk about.
