My favorite Friends quote would have to be from an episode early in season 1, where they're sitting around Central Perk talking about what they would do if they were omnipotent (I'm paraphrasing because I don't have my DVDs with me)...

The "they know that we know that they know" episode is another favorite, especially when Phoebe goes over and starts taking off her shirt which scares Chandler since he's scared of bras. And then he tells Monica he loves her.
