Hi guys ... just got back from another night out seeing the Rent tour. Thank goodness I went last week because if tonight had been my only show I'd have nothing good to say about this cast. Last week I might have been extra positive because of my awesome seats, I don't know. Bryce was out tonight and I was not thrilled with the Roger understudy ... I felt like the Mimi chick was just not on at all. Maybe Roger being someone different threw her off. Even the guys singing WYO felt weird. Disappointing. And I was sitting behind someone with the biggest head on the planet so I was doing a lot of moving around to see!
So I shall just focus on the positive and remember last week's show being so much better than I had anticipated it being. Plus, a night out seeing Rent is better than a night with nothing to do.
Ok this is kind of random, but funny so I thought I'd share. I was doing a crossword puzzle from my newspaper yesterday (I hardly ever do them so I don't know why I was doing it) This was one of the clues: "famous movie director Spike_" the next clue I come to says: "_ humbug" I honestly laughed out loud for a while then my mom asked me what was so funny, I tell her and she rolls her eyes.

My Humanities teacher is showing the Marlon Brando version of Streetcar to his senior English classes. I saw it on his desk and started looking at it, and he said, "Brando's a hunk, eh?"
A leeeetle too awkward for me.

It really is a great movie. I was thinking about getting the Tennessee Williams Collection of DVDs yesterday...but it was 60 dollars, so I'm going to pass on that for a while.
I just got back. It was awesome. Warm and relaxing. I got hit on a lot, mostly by staff, but still an ego-booster. I'll write up more details tomorrow. I waved from the plane when I was over New York (although I thought I was over Virginia, then I found Lake Ontario, oops).
Sarah! Glad you had a good time, and it's good to see you back here on BWW
