Here's something Rent related. Do a search on "Rent" and "French" on Google videos. There's a rehearsal video of the upcoming Swiss production. They're singing "Will I?" Very chill inducing.

I agree with the different look with the cast. They did some non-traditional casting for some of the roles.

It sounds good. It's cool to see it in a different lanugage. Weird how they call it a musical comedy (La comédie musicale Rent). I wouldn't consider it a comedy too much. It has moments of comedy in it, but it's not a comedy in my eyes.
Speaking of videos on Google, has anybody seen "Charlie Rose - Bring in Da Noise... / Rent / Jerry Herman" or "Charlie Rose - Ralph Reed / RENT"? On goodle video you have to pay for it.

That's what they call all musicals in French. I always found the term strange, also.

I haven't heard about the Charlie Rose video. I might check that out in the future.

Thanks for the compliments on the drawing. I was actually very surprised at how well it turned out (especially with a mechanical pencil). I'm very happy how well the hands turned out. I generally have a very difficult time with human figures. (My best sketches are ones of animals- especially cats and birds.)

Is it just me or am I the only person to be so impatient for the video podcasts to come out? Imean they don't even update regularly. Adam hasn't been in anything regarding Rent 10. I need something to look forward to.

That video was so amazing. It sounded really good too. I'm going to Great America tomorrow for my physics class and I'm kinda scared. I'm really afraid of heights and I don't like roller coasters, but I'm going to try it anyway.

Hmm, interesting about the Charlie Rose videos. He had a really interesting panel on his show one day regarding tick, tick... BOOM!, and I'm a total sucker for behind-the-scenes stuff, so I love it.
