Is anyone here?
And as for the thumb sucking, I'm like Em, "I sucked my thumb until an embarassingly advanced age." :-/ I twirl my hair and chew on it too. I have too many bad habits..
I have top and bottom retainers that I got about 5 years ago, and I wear them every night even though I only have to wear them every other night. My mother was so fanatical about my brother and I doing everything we could to make sure our braces/rubber bands/headgear did what they were supposed to do that the idea of not going above and beyond what the orthodontist says I have to do doesn't even cross my mind.
I just have braces. No fancy contraptions.
I see it's been a very slow day, so I'm going to post something I've been saving up.

Thanks Chloe!
aww lobster bib!
Thanks! Those are such cute pictures.
You're welcome. It's nice to see how much Adam appreciates a place like that. He seems very urban in some ways, but obviously has another side.

My aunt lives in Cape Cod, it's truely beautiful. Sounds like he has a great location for a house out there. He seems so outdoor-sy
I wish he was in Tarzan =/
I know, though that show doesn't seem to have turned out as well as he hoped, it would be nice to be able to see him in something.
That was great, Chloe! Thanks!
Cute pictures and an interesting article as well. It was cool to see what he said about Tarzan.
Back to the top of the page, I've got wires glued to the back of my front four teeth top and bottom. They're supposed to be permanent, but I'm getting rid of them as soon as I can.
I cracked up as soon as I saw the bib. That was such a cute article.
I wonder if they'll still vacation there now that they've moved. It seems like paradise.
All the mouth appliantry you guys have had to put up with...
(I know that's probably not a word, but I like it.)
Don't worry Chloe, I use many words that aren't actual words. My favourite is funner, my parents are on me for that word all the time.
Do you use it as in "more fun" or as in someone who makes jokes?
During one of his MP promotional concerts Adam described writing some of the songs on a porch in the woods. I guess he meant on Cape Cod.
It's supposed to be "more fun".
The pictures really do look like it would be a really relaxing place. I love the one of Lennon looking up at the fan, he's so tiny.
Lennon looks like he's got the giggles in the other picture of him. I love that the house is furnished with quilts and antique-looking things.

Aw, I love that article. I thought a lot of what he said wasn't along the lines of what one would necessarily expect him to say, if that makes any sense.

Thanks Chloe!! That was fun to read, and even more fun to look at the pictures :)
I really love this article too, and by the way the scans come courtesy of Undiscovered. It would be nice to get hold of that issue some time. I know what you mean, Lexi, "nature lover" and "Thoreau house" aren't the first things to pop into one's mind about Adam.

Ah, then, thank you Undiscovered for the scans. :)
You know, I think that gorgeous house and scenery could turn ANYONE no matter how urban they may seem into a nature lover!! And what a nice escape it must be for him from the hustle and bustle (and fangirls lol) of the city.

I just read back -- I meant to add that Adam said he wrote Cellophane Sun and The One that Got Away "on a porch looking into the woods." I've mentioned that before on this thread, but I'll say it again just in case anyone missed it. I think knowing that adds a new dynamic of sorts to the songs.
I just noticed something else. He describes Lennon as being 21 and a half months old. New parents do tend to keep close track like that, but it's like he's counting every week. Also, it says Adam provided the pictures, so i guess they're family photos rather than professional ones.
I thought the lobster one wasn't professional because of his goofy grin.
