Baby teeth, I assume?
Ha, yeah. Oh well, at least my teeth are straight now.
Oh, okay. I didn't go to the dentist to get my baby teeth out, it was the old string tied to the door handle for me.
Late realization - during RENT 10, Daphne and Jesse kept giving Adam shoves, like Daphne at the end of LMC, Jesse after "Oh, hi after seven months?." Daphne during "you're full of sh*t" and especially Jesse during "I can' believe you're going."

Ha, you actually did that? I thought that method was something people always talked about but never actually did. I just wiggled mine until they came out, except for my two canine teeth. The permanent canine teeth didn't hit the baby teeth directly on the root in order to push them out, so I had to get those extracted. Additionally, one of the permanent canines never did come down on its own, so I had to have it "exposed" -- a procedure that involves the oral surgeon making a flap of gum tissue and attaching a bracket to the tooth below it. I was awake for the procedure, and I could hear them scraping away at my bone tissue underneath my gum. It wasn't the most pleasant experience in the world.
I realized that as well, Chloe. I thought the shove from Jesse during Goodbye Love was in response to Adam actually leaving the next morning.
I don't like Adam's arrangement of The One that Got Away or The Ringing in My Ear from the Daphne/Adam Kean University show. They're either too stripped down or slow.

I hated loosing teeth, so I geuss in a way it was better that I got so many pulled.
The dentist always had to pull my baby teeth for me, because I was always too afraid to pull them out myself.

How can my Elton John Greatest Hits CD not include "Tiny Dancer"?!
He had at least three collections of Greatest Hits come out in the '70s/early '80s alone, but I don't think Tiny Dancer was a hit single back then anyway. It was Almost Famous that made it so popular lately.
Yes, I did do the string on the doorknob at least a couple of times. That moment before I slammed the door was rather tense. Some teeth I wiggled out too.
ETA: I assumed Jesse's last one was about that too, but what about the others?

ha ha - how did we get onto the subject of teeth?
my older cousin offered to pull one of mine when it wasn't really wobbly... ouch!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted a couple days ago, hence teeth being the prevailing topic of conversation. :)
Didn't you mention that you thought Adam was going to be doing something for an African charity in the future? Since there isn't much Adam news right now, can you tell us a bit about that?
Not trying to change the subject or anything. My brother was telling me how his favorite song from Little Shop Of Horrors (that's my musical next year) is Suddenly Seymore (sp?) I told him "There's a video of Adam Pascal and Mandy Moore (he likes her) singing that song". He says "Shut up! Where is it?". So I introduced him to YT and he got very excited about it. Kind of random, but I thought I should share anyway.
It's always good to spread the love, and your post is more on topic than most.
I was really impatient about losing loose teeth, and one time my parents were actually going to let me try the thing where you tie string to the door, and slam it... but I chickened out.
It was a tough moment, all right, but I hated the feeling of a loose tooth also.
Mine had a really long period of being loose, and sometimes I just wanted them to fall out already. I did a lot of wiggling, but I was too afraid to actually let someone slam the door.

Me too, but instead of trying the door method (I was such a wimp!), I just wiggled it all day until it finally fell out.
A bunch of videos seem to be appearing on YT right after I went through the trouble of trading for them/buying them. It's great for everyone else, but frustrating for me!
I used to play with them when I got bored at school.
That site has really taken off - I can't begin to imagine what their bandwith requirements must be.
For some reason, all my memories of loose teeth are when I wasn't in school.

My memories of loose teeth are mainly school-related memories as well. I remember losing my last molar in seventh grade social studies.
Any topics of conversation other than teeth? Heh...
I imagine you're getting pretty sick of the subject by now...
Well, "Nancy," who's been so supportive of Cybele on the blog, posted an excellent review on Amazon. It managed to call into question the negative comments in a very reasonable, unhostile way, and in fact said a lot of the things I was thinking of saying if I were to write a review.

Well, it's really my fault for bringing the subject up in the first place.
That's great to hear. Perhaps you should give writing a review a try, Chloe. You're so well-spoken!
I was planning on it after I'd made a couple more recipes, but as I said, Nancy pretty much covered what I wanted to say. Maybe I'll save it up for later if any more nastiness surfaces.

Teeth still? Hmmm...I got nothing (but I do have some random thoughts, which I know you guys live for my random thoughts)
I watched Capote today...and if you haven't seen it, you really must rent it...Philip Seymour Hoffman is just brilliant.
My parents are coming back from Hawaii tomorrow, and I really don't want to clean up around here...
I think I'm still a little bitter toward PSH.
