Polyandry, actually, but why nitpick? They're friends, I'm sure they'd be willing to share you.
That makes it more fun. I play well with others.

Wouldn't you like to know.
Wouldn't we all - truth tends to be stranger than anyone's imagination.
Oh, yes. Oh. Yes.

"He held me for three minutes."
The image in my head is of Raul's arms wrapped around so he can see his own wrist, staring at his watch and grinning.
I'm a terrible human being.
This could be total projection, but I get the feeling that a lot of Adam's friends of either sex fall in love with him a little.
How could you not?

Emcee, that made me laugh out loud. He'd pat Adam on the back and go "It's ok..." but really, he'd be thinking, "Another one for the records!"
Chloe, I could see that happening.
Is this about ttB and Adam's reaction? I've yet to hear that interview owing to computer problems. Maybe one of you could summarize that whole incident, I've only read bits and pieces.
I'm a bad person for thinking that. But come on, you can see it! I feel so badly because it IS about Adam's reaction to TTB, and it's a really sad subject. But part of me just wants Raul to be like "Adam, dude. You're so hot!"
All there is to it is that Raul did a special TTB performance for the OBC of Rent, and he says that Adam, who has since become a friend held him and cried after.
For three minutes, I take it. Quite a reaction, but he seems like such an emotional guy. Raul probably does think he's hot, anyway, so you're not being so bad.
Like I said before, how could you not? Even if you didn't swing that way, he's just pretty!

They've called each other friends, but on Raul's ask-a-star thing on bway.com, someone asked if Adam got tips on playing The Emcee from Raul. Raul said he didn't even know Adam was going for the part until it was announced.
*blinks*
Oh well. I shouldn't even know as much as I do. Maybe they're just friendlyish.
Heh. Very friendly.
Wow. You learn something new every day. You CAN block PM's without blocking posts.
Maybe... Adam forgot. Maybe he had too many other friends to call.

Yes, I've just learned that too. I'm so glad, because I was going to waste more time and effort otherwise.
I suppose now I'll never need to worry about certain things. Closing off the last level of communication certainly demonstrates a desire to let go completely.
Poor baby. Don't worry, I'll feel badly eventually. More an effort for the sake of my vengefulness than anything else Or maybe it's so I'm foreced to bite my tongue -- it's not you, it's me, right? Wasting time and energy as pity? Bless you. Truly. I'd not want to cause "worry." I really don't need to be caused further pain.
That doesn't really surprise me, Nia. I don't imagine they're constantly on the phone, and actors tend to be close-mouthed about what they're going for anyway. It's partly superstition and partly an understandable desire to avoid having their rejections turned into gossip.
What a cuddly picture, Emcee!
I love it. But it makes Raul look so short!
ETA - the announcement didn't go out until right around when Adam started rehearsals, which was like... a matter of days after he'd been cast. Maybe since it all happened so quickly, it's not that weird.
Vengefulness? I don't have a clue what you guys were talking about a few posts down, but that's okay.
Ignore it. Just... pretend it isn't there.
