Maybe he's hoping actually being there will make him more likely to get jobs.

I have no idea. I mean, he's not dumb enough not to think it through, and just be like "I'm hot, everybody loves me, of COURSE I can get movie deals!"

That's not even ego. It's just blatant stupidity.

I'm sure he has something in mind.

...Although personally, I totally like NYC better than LA. *cough* But if there's opportunity, he should go where opportunity takes him.

I just hope it doesn't backfire. He's too talented to get lost in the conglomerate of beautiful people and not find something to carry his talent.

Okay, on the main thread, when you said one more time, I figured you meant what I said about a joe's Pub performance, not a show. Yeah, I really wish he'd do that. Stupid me for not being so into broadway a little over a year ago and not knowing about this board.

Well I just got to watch the Starz special actually on my much bigger screen than labtop TV and taped it. As much as I was wowed and amazed last night, to see it on the TV...just woow. There were little things at least I personally didn't catch from that--as Rosario and Adam start their duet in finale, you can clearly see Rosario looking awful having been through that, but you could see little tears and red eyes in Adam-tears were still flowing--wasn't bawling, that's not appropriate for Roger but it was so sweet, I'm starting to really look forward to his big screen acting.

And just clearer views, appreciating the New York setting as well as interiors and little faces, little snippets...IIIIII (figured it was time for a new letter...)

Good, Atrias. The monkey is too cute not to go away.

I don't want to see him cry. It'll make my little fangirl heart hurt.

Oh, and the OntheSet is indeed awesomeness. The Mimi/Roger look during "Rent"!

Aww, you'll be fine Em...you may find it a relief to see him cry, no matter what he cries you'll be crying soo much more and harder. :-P

Same here. And my back is starting to hurt again.

I'm also debating whether I should turn off my computer. I hear thunder.

I may be in the minority, but I don't think Adam's moving to LA is such a bad thing. I mean, it'll be sad not having him in NY anymore, but moving to LA could open up a lot of opportunity for him, since he seems to want to do more film work.

(And congratulations on the Legend-ness, Atrias!)

I just heard it, as well. Ugh.

I think it *could* be good, but... it's a crapshoot. It could open up opportunity, but... he may just not have what it takes to ONLY act. I mean, how many musicals can there be with guitar players? I know that's over-simplification, but I'm worried that he's looking for something that he can't have.

Atrias is a lesend!! Hurrah! I'm already one and you got here before me! I post waaaaaay too much. *le sigh* I'm incredibly exhausted as well.

I agree with Emcee. 'Cept, look at someone like Orlando Bloom. Not a lot of acting ability, but he's pretty. But, I dunno, there's a lot of pretty guys out there....
