*giggle* that's hot! This thread is SO much better than the term paper I'm supposed to be writing!
I'm back, and I think I've got a way to make some copies of the A&E thing this morning. But before we get into that, Adam is in the NY Times today, the Long Island section. It probably only comes with papers out here on the Island, but I wanted to give you all a chance to at least look for it. It's a half page article on p. 12 of that section.
Do we have any idea what it says?

*looks around* I'm on the island...now who's got an NY times that I can steal?!

It's about him being from LI and his career to date. Here are some excerpts:
When Adam Pascal talks about his career in entertainment, he often knocks on wood.
"I've been extremely fortunate," he said recently, knocking on a wooden coffee table... "I started out playing in a rock band and for a long time didn't feel comfortable calling myself an actor, but after having success in various genres I came to the conclusion that I didn't have to call myself anything. My experiences as a musician, an actor and a producer have been extremely validating, and people can call me anything they want and that's OK."
[He says that in contrast to the kids in choir or doing high school plays] "...I was one of the guys who smoked cigarettes in the courtyard, hung out behind Geico, where we rode our dirt bikes, and traveled around playing battles of the bands."
[They talk about how he got into Rent and after that]... "I still thought of myself as a musician and resisted being identified as an actor. But I didn't have much luck with record deals, so I started going out on auditions. It was a time of self-discovery."
Just as he was about to give up and get a "real job," Mr. Pascal said, he landed the starring role in Aida...
[Then they get into Cabaret and the Rent movie - all stuff we've heard before - and about how Syosset High where he and Idina went has a number of show biz grads]...
But Mr. Pascal said that of all his roles, the one that has been the most fulfilling is that of husband and father to his two sons, now 4 and 2.
"In Hollywood, nothing is permanent, but this is a role that is forever," he said.
And what if his children want to become actors?
"I would dissuade them," he said emphatically. "It's an emotionally draining, self-esteem-wrecking business. But while damaging to the psyche, the fates nudged me in this direction. This was my calling, and it's what I'm meant to do."
So nothing definite on the departure, other than that he refers to "Hollywood" as where it sounds like he sees himself now.
I love that he was such a bad boy!
Are there pictures?

Thanks, Chloe!
Oh, I found some more animated Brian/Justin icons, but, um, they're too racy for BWW, methinks.
IM them to meeee!
There's the publicity still from Finale B with the six of them, and a shot of him from the interview in a black jacket and one of those very busy shirts he has.
And no, nothing about moving.

one of those very busy shirts he has. Aww! I love that.
I will, Emcee, after I go find something to eat. SO hungry!
hehehe. Busy shirts.
Do you have a scanner, Chloe?
No scanner, I'm afraid. Maybe Hugs has one. Have you checked to see if this is online? I have no idea if they put the regional sections on the net or not. (And the Times site has gone crazy on me lately so I can't check myself.)

I checked, but I can't find it. Maybe later it'll be there.

Ugh, the search feature is asking me if I want to look for death notices. *kicks it*
Luv, go buy one!
I'm geographically located on LI, but theoretically not. Someone please scan.
I wanna see a scan. I'm happy that it doesn't say anthing else about him moving to California.
em, if it's not trouble, could you pm me the q&a? thanks
Luvs, I picked up mine from my local Waldbaums, and diners often have them too. If you wait too long they'll be gone.

I'm gonna post about it on the main board. If people don't know to look, they might miss it. Hopefully someone with a scanner will see.
I'm getting there with my copy thing, but I have to run out and buy a cable. See you later!
