The orthodontist was the worst. They would tighten wires and prod your mouth with tools, and then be suprised when it hurts you. "Oh did that hurt?" they say. Yes it did, thanks. I'm so glad I'm through with braces
Opiv, tell me about it. And it's not like they care how school is anyway, so why ask?
Elph, I forgot about that. I am a bad teenage girl. I think they'll take my membership card away- I don't like Wicked, I don't watch MTV; this is just one infraction too many.
Last time I was at the dentist was the day that the Rent cast was on The View. I was watching it right before he came in, and when they started singing Finale B he turned to watch. Um, hello! Pointy things are in my mouth! Maybe you should be paying attention!
Once when I went to the orthodontist, we was in this really wierd position and was pushing on my nose somehow. Later when I got back to school, I got a bloody nose, presumable from all the pressure he was exerting on it.
"Blow out the candles, Robert, and make a wish. Want something. Want something."
I truly enjoy the close contact with my dentist and orthodontist. Do they not think poking around my mouth is painful enough? Or, they just enjoy that I can see right up their noses as well?
I think the thing about the dentist that I really can't deal with is the tooth polishing. Between the awful noise the machine makes, the powdery stuff it puts on your teeth, and the yucky flavors the powdery stuff comes in, it's a minor miracle I've only thrown up during it once. That, and the way the dentist pokes and prods as though his job isn't complete until he draws blood.

well, im normally shy. but for some reason im in a really really talkly mood at the dentist. ha, they listen more than my friends do. i know its sad, but i'll talk to anyone that listens. today i went on and on about my joy of possibly meeting anthony to my geometry teacher
My dentist has a new hygenist every time I go because he's a cheapskate and they all quit because he doesn't pay them enough.

I'm back. The FAQ's were helpful (I'm such a nerd, I took notes). I especially like all those people who were Elphaba that he coloured green. I only go to the dentist once a year, and I swear it's a new hygenist every time. Although sometimes they're not and I don't recognize them, but they remember me so I feel weird. My orthodontist doesn't really like me anymore, I've had my braces off for a year and a half, which is how long my retainer has been in it's case under my bed at school, and I keep forgetting to bring it back with me, so they can't tell me anything about my teeth.
