Boo about Raul, I wanted to hear the whole thing.
Aww, Mandi you're so pretty. Since you started, here's me. It's the best I could get, I'm seeing spots now.
Hi! *waves* Thanks.
Ew, that sounds dreadfully boring SD.
I do miss AP English. My teacher was a genius.
I always want to use me for my avatar for the sake of you guys, but for the sake of the rest of the world, I kinda don't.

Mandi and Snowbird are pretty!
Siamese, is this paper due tomorrow?
I can never take good photos of myself.
Thanks Nia.
Em, It'll start to bug me soon, and I'll change it. I figured for an hour it wouldn't be too bad to put up.
Mandi, your hair is so pretty!
Yikes, siamese, that doesn't sound too fun. How long does the essay have to be?
Yeah, in a few days it'll probably be back to Anthony or something...but for now, get a good look! :p
Hi, Nia.
Ah, Emcee! I was doing the crossword puzzle today, and I couldn't figure out two of the answers, but then they all of a sudden came to me, and they were "emceed" and the first three letters of your name! They were perpendicular to eachother, and intertwined. I thought it was a cool coincidence.

Yes, nia. I'm kind of freaking out because there isn't a common theme. I usually have no problem with English, but my teacher is pretty much a psycho.
I'd use me as my avatar, but I think everyone (including myself) would rather stare at Adam!

Ok, I haven't read those... but they're all Brit Lit, right? Can you talk about British society and attitudes? What about character choices, consequences? Anything? I wish I could help you!
Mandi, is your hair naturally that straight?
That is kinda cool, Elphie!

SD - (I assume you are a pumpkin fan) I have meant to post this here. My friends lived in the same apartment building in the mid 80s with Iha.
I've been watching ice skating, I returned, and Mandi and Snowbird have faces!
So, I spent over an hour in Barnes and Nobles today and I found nothing. Nothing! Anyone have any recommendations?
My hair is really straight too. You can't tell because I had it up when it was wet. It's really fine too so I can't put it up unless I've got a ponytail in and a lot of clips.

Yeah, they're all British literature, but they come from such different time periods and don't really have anything to do with each other. Don't worry about it, though. I'll figure this all out by English tomorrow. Thanks for your offer to help, though.
Brdlwyr -- hah, you assumed correctly! Do they still keep in touch? I'm still holding out my hopes for a reunion, although the announcement is looking more and more like an attention cry from Billy.

Well, it works for your style, Mandi.
*gasp* Fantab, you're joking. My suggestion: Raid Emcee's shelves and take everything I made her buy that she never read.
Snowbird, are you a redhead or a blonde?
Em, I'm glad you appreciate it, because whenever I try to explain bww-related stuff to my friends, they just think I'm wierd.
Ooh! Ice skating! I can't wait for the Olympics.
Hush, nia. If she takes them, then I can't read them!
Mandi, it takes me a very long time to get my hair that straight. *jealousy*
Em, it takes me a very long time to get some curls in mine.
Blonde, it's kinda bronzey. I kinda took the picture into the light.
nia, I think they're all British except for Oedipus Rex and the Aeschylus ones, which are ancient Greek tragedies.
siamese, I've read all of them except for Beowulf and the only idea that's coming to my mind is some sort of vague thing about the danger/futility of trying to resist fate, and I'm not even sure if that applies to Canterbury Tales (I read that one for fun a few summers ago. Yes, I'm that much of a dork.)
I would put myself as my avatar, but I always feel like there's something wrong about most of the pics I have of myself. If I'm not having a bad hair day, there's a zit, or I have a weird expression on my face or whatever.
Normally I have no trouble, but I was kind of in a bad mood when I went. I usually buy books off of reviews of recommendations. I'm not crazy, I swear!

Em, I don't even have the patience to straighten it to that point! I get lazy and turn off the iron.
Fantabulous, I guess her books are kind of cliche by now, but I'd recommend anything by Elizabeth Wurtzel. I think she's a love-her-or-hate-her writer and she does come off as extremely self-absorbed, but I really enjoyed all of her books, especially More, Now, Again.
