Hello all.
*sigh*
I'm having a really crappy week.
I'm sorry! *pat*
Thanks. It's not that it's unbearably horrible, it's just a series of disappointing experiences that would have been okay if it had been one at a time, but they've all happened just today.
Wicked SRO are sold out and cancellation tickets are impossible, the Kennedy Center BO said that there's been virtually no cancellations for the entire run so far, so since this is the last weekend, it's definitely not happening. (Karma's a bitch- the first time I saw it, I was sitting next to 2 empty seats)
I was supposed to be seeing Les Miserables for the first time Sunday night, but I had to go down to the BO to get student tickets, but I haven't been able to get down there. I checked Monday and they still had plenty of tickets available, but when I went to check again today because I was going to get the tickets tomorrow, but now it's completely sold out.
I fought with both of my parents 2 separate times today.
And I just spilled chocolate ice cream all over my favorite white polo and it's not coming out.
*hugs skittles*
I definitely know what you mean about a bunch of yucky things happening all at once. BTW, you might be able to get rid of the ice cream stain by soaking the polo in warm water and detergent, then rinsing and washing it. I'm not exactly a stranger to spilling food on my clothes, and that was what my mom did the last time I spilled ice cream on my coat.
I hope you get your shirt clean, and your tickets Skittles. I'm off to bed. Goodnight everyone.

*hugs* for Skittles! I hope you feel better!
The whole Myspace thing... ugg. My friends told me to get one and I never use it. I have a Xanga, LJ, and Facebook- why do I need it? The thing I like about Facebook is that people from like grade school find me on there and it's really cool to talk to them again. With Myspace random people looking for AIM buddies find me, and I'm like- I don't want to talk to you, we have nothing in common! Really, nothing annoys me more than someone who sees one thing on my profile that we both enjoy and try to make some sort of online relationship based on it. I can not have a two hour long conversation about Charmed Season 6!
Okay, I swear I'm done ranting. :)
Aww, Xanga. I had one of those my senior year of high school and it was a lot of fun keeping a detailed diary/blog of all of the daily happenings. It was also quite amusing to have my classmates confront me in the hallway because they were upset that I didn't include a conversation I had with them in my daily entry (or I included something that made them look stupid). I'm tempted to start it up again, but I would be too afraid of someone I didn't like finding it and seeing something less-than-nice that I said about her.

I usually keep my entires pretty neutral. I learned the really hard way to be VERY careful what I say online. I usually just go over my day and say how I'm feeling and things that are going on at home. It's nice because all my friends are scattered everywhere at different colleges and we all want to try to stay connected.
I'm so bad about journal things like that. Like I have an LJ, but mainly just so I can comment in communities. I have Facebook, but I don't really search people out, I only add people when they add me in return.
MySpace confuses me and scares me at the same time. And one night I randomly stumbled upon Andy Senor's personal MySpace (not the music one), got seriously freaked out because it was like his friends and his niece commenting and just felt all kinds of invasive. That and the fact that as of recently, I can't really look at him the same way as I used to, but there's a long story behind that, right Em?
I blocked that out. Thanks.
Sorry. I saw someone on LJ complaining about not being able to get the book until March and the conversations about MySpace jogged my memory.

I always seem to kill the thread...
EDIT: Wait! No I didn't! *waves*

I'm giving up on my shirt for now and letting it soak. Ugh, I have to be up this morning sooner than I'd like
Aww. Plenty of my shirts end up soaking for lengthy periods of time. I'm not all that coordinated.
Morning all!
Try soaking it with Oxy Clean - that stuff is amazing. Who knew infomercials could sell stuff that worked? The trick is using super hot (so hot you can't touch it) water, then letting the crystals dissolve before you put in the shirt.
Hooray - it's weekend!
Morning everyone!
Ack, its early. But I think im going to go on a run.
