I'm Back!!!!!!!!!
I survived the Eville English Project (tm) and lived to tell the tale!
And my dance teacher approved my choreography to "Wonderchild" for me to perform as a solo next year, so I'm really happy!
And I'm close to choosing the music for the dance (or possibly two) that I'm choreographing for my dance company next year, so yay!
And... I'm intruding on your party. So I'll quietly exit now...
BIG BUMP.
hi ballerina!!
Hi Emcee and ballerina --
I've just been catching up, I missed a lot in the last few days. Congratulations on all your nominations, Emcee!
haha, thanks. I was just out all day and I feel like I have so much to catch up on!
I hope you had a good day. This thread seems to have grown by about twenty pages since I last looked. That was a great discussion you and Penguin had in the middle of the night.
Ballerina, if you're still around, congratulations on doing a Wonderchild dance. What a great song.
Good, but tiring.
Had an interview, then spent the afternoon with BwayTheatre11 - we hung out in Bryant Park, did some shopping, got some food, then saw All Shook Up and had a rather "star-studded" evening.
::sigh:: I finally got out of Chitty mode and put Civilian back on yesterday. I can't believe how long it had been!
Glad you thought our disscussion was good Emcee, sorry about the tiring part. Did your interview go well? I know you probably don't know anything yet but I thought I'd ask.
Hi Chloe, you should have been here!
Some of us obsessive types have trouble focusing on more than one thing at a time. "Star-studded" sounds tantalizing???
"star-studded" Emcee, that sounds cool.
Chloe I know how you feel, unfortunately my obsession has been with BWW the last few days (weeks)
Well, stars in my eyes, anyway. Not "big" stars. We met the ASU cast after the show, so Cheyenne, Jenn.... and I FINALLY met Justin Bohon, who is only my FAVORITE chorus boy EVER. Then on the way to BT's hotel and my train, we walked past Chitty's stage door crowd, and I saw a beautiful head of dark brown hair, OBVIOUSLY having to stop. Whee, Raul.
Interview went well - I'll know by the end of the week. Not so much an interview, per se. They didn't ask ANY questions other than about my summer availability. I guess since I know one of the people there, I didn't really need to profess my love for theatre.
Whoops, missed your post in between, Penguin! I understand how you feel about BWW. I've gotten really busy lately, but before that I was here all the time.
Oh, and I think Emcee was talking about her day being tiring, not your conversation.
Yeah, my day, not last night! I've been on my feet since about 1:30!
Well that sounds great Emcee. I understand those days being out all the time can be tiring, I had that happen this weekend showing my friend around and she was really easy.
Chloe, I just hope I can stop long enough to finish the work I must do. I feel I need to get my fix now though because as Emcee knows I will miss the whole summer.
Well, that seems pretty star-studded to me. Summer job or internship? Best of luck with it.
Penguin, I saw something about you working in North Carolina - I have a good friend who lives in Asheville, which is where I'd probably live if I weren't so attached to New York.
I did, I lived in Boone, North Carolina. Just up in the mountains north of Asheville. It was too small for me, but I love Asheville.
"Star-Studded" and spectacular Emcee, spectacular.
Internship. ::quivers::
Penguin, so saaaaad!

Emcee...
So...we're competing for the Obession award...
Here's a message from Mr. Wilson:
"Ya gotta find, Emcee, man. Ya gotta get her to throw the competition. If beacon loses...I LOSE!"

I'll keep my fingers crossed, Emcee!
I love Asheville too. It's a really unusual place, very beautiful and surrounded by mountains, and also kind of hippieish. There's almost a 60's time warp going on sometimes.
I know
*cries*
but I will love what I'm doing, its actually in North Carolina
As for the internship
"I really hope you get it!"
haha Beacon
LOL, beacon!
With my avatar change, though, I don't think I'll be pullin' so many votes. I love my Rauly, too.
Asheville is spectacular in the summer with all the hippies (of which I am sometimes a member) and free music out on the hills and all the mountains in the background.
Emcee I think you may have to hope for a win in another category the competition for "obsession" seems to be really strong.
You may have been detoured a little by Raul, but Beacon's new obsession seems to be winning the obsession contest.
haha, it's not really new, though. I do love me some Patrick, in any case.
::huggles avatar:: He was extra cuddly this evening. I grinned for like four blocks.
yay for extra cuddly!
