And out of all the spellings my parents could have chosen, they chose the one most likely to be confused with an Ivy league school. Or mistaken for a male. Both have happened.

This doesn't fit with the Ivy League school, but I know a girl whose middle name is Michal, also a Biblical male-sounding name. For you I'm guessing something like Yael? You don't have to say one way or the other, of course.
