And Allie, I'm not sure about people wandering around gawking at my paintings...but the attention-whore in me loves the idea!
But I don't really paint for anyone but myself, and my pictures would definitely look out of place beside portraits of beaches and abandoned houses! Mine have a more kaleidoscopic-psychedelia feel.
Seriously, I can never understand why some artists waste their talent painting the most booooooring items imaginable. Still life? *yawn* Take a photo! Have you never heard of imagination? I-M-A-G-I-N-A-T-I-O-N!
