It's at a local exhibit centre, and I'm having SO much fun. I started last Wednesday. The first few days really rocked, because we had this hilarious Scottish guy there from the National Museums of Scotland. If only I were 15 years older...
Anyway, he was a lot of fun. But the boss is a really laid back guy. Long ponytail, big beard... he bikes to work a lot. I'm friends with the other summer student, and my mom's friend is the other one who's there, so I know everyone who works there.
There's a good balance of being productive and sitting around goofing off, which is always fun. The two plus three equals FOUR (damnit!) club [Yay!]" width="14" height="14" src=https://cloudimages.broadwayworld.com/board/icon_smile_big.gif>
My first day was the day after a big opening (and the boss and Scottish guy I guess had some fun with the liquor). Anyway, they were both late, so the other two girls and I hid in the kitchen with all the lights off. ONe of them put a sign on the front door saying, "We waited until 11:00 for you two, but you never showed. Gone to the beach (ya drunks)."
I love it!

That sounds great, Allie. Nothing better than finding the balance to productivity and fun. And, naturally, Scottish guys are always fun to have around.

Whee, art. Art is fun. What type of work does this artist do? Paintings? Sculpture? Modern? You should so sneak in one of your own drawings/doodles, just for fun. Life is short!
