They creep me out, too - especially since I read the translation.

Those chants are VERY creepy. But I'm glad your sister loved it, poni!

I can't listen to that song. EVER. It's just way too creepy. Every time I listen to the album, I have to skip over that.

Emcee-- what's the translation?

I never thought to check the translation. *does so*

"Oh, good. After all, I can rub my stomach and pat my head at the same time, and I can do it with my eyes closed while whistling 'The Entertainer.' That's rhythm for you." ~ Snaps, proving that White Boys CAN have rhythm

From the CD insert -

"Indian chant translation:
I would accept death, but what can I do,
My soul will not depart, give me a
Corner of your lap to rest in.
May God keep happy the one who gave my heart
Such pain, may he give the world's riches to the one who made Me suffer.
"

Musically, it's such a great song. But it creeps me out.

Mother's Child has been, and always will be, one of my favorite Adam songs, creepy or not. Disney.

Thanks!

I have to re-do the order of the coloring, because the yellow doesn't show up so well over his arm and the purple is too dark a shade, but I'll do that tonight. I made this thing at like two in the morning, so well enough for now! Disney.

meh, it's bugging me. I wanted it done before I went to sleep, but I didn't have time to perfect it. I messed up the punctuation in the lyrics, too.

I want my avatars perfect! Disney.

There was one OT, but it died. Not that the love died, but better to keep it hidden.

This Adam thread is also a Raul-loving thread (but Adam more of course, since his name is in the title)... but we all love Raul.

But it got us in trouble! *pout* Unfortunately, this year's Actors' Fund choice doesn't sound like something up Adam's alley.

Urgh. I want to see Chitty this week. It's only been two.
