I wonder what Adam would say if you printed of this entire thread and mailed it to him.
Possibly...but even *he* agrees that picture is scary. Not that that's the scariest thing on this thread...not nearly.
'QM did very very well actually. I have no need to worry anymore!'
Are you sure you're safe, Undiscovered? Or let's say, are you sure your niece is safe??? I'd still be VERY worried if I were you!!! Knowing where you seat is makes your lap still very appealing to me!
Anyway, thanks very much for asking, bdwaygirl. I phoned Kean yesterday, all excited to hear about the conditions for my ALL ACCESS Pass but looks like it fell through. I now have to live with the fact that I'll be sitting in Row D. Not a very safe row (considering I'm sitting in between Undiscovered and Emcee) but I'll live
Thanks for caring!
Passed the Palace today and the Aida marquee is history! All Shook Up has taken over *sob*.

Undiscovered, I really think QM is still aiming for your lap. Just watch out that night...

When did he say this? Was it a stagedoor thing? I would remember if I had read it.
Could he do anything if we're just obsessing online? I guess he could restrain us from stagedooring and stufff, but online I think we're safe. Thank God for the anonymity of the internet. I'm not like this in real life.
LOL! I think we'd be responsible for some serious therapy is he ever saw this!

Would he really need therapy? Or would he just laugh? In all honesty, I don't know how he would react. I do wonder...
LOL! I have no idea, honestly.

I agree with undiscovered. He'd definetly send us to therapy. Or solitary confinement. Without computers.
insomniak-I believe it was in the broadway.com interview. Not sure though.

Ha! You'd better watch out!

Emcee: look up.
*looks up*
I just hung up the spork picture. It's right above my desk, so if you ever want me to laugh, just tell me to look up.
Funny thing: yesterday I was reading a magazine (I was TERRIBLY bored at the doctor's office) and there was a thing about famous actors googling themselves. I laughed, considering what happens if you google Adam!

I've read that article! Our little thread used to be at the top of the second page of results, but now it doesn't show up at all...
Bump!
Yeah, but the AP.org forums pop up near the top... and apparently if you google "Esparza Emcee" a post about me used to come up.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMFG!!!!! I got my letter back from adam today!!! I am SO FRICKIN EXCITED IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY!!!!!! here's what he said:
Dear Jenn,
You are such a sweetheart!! (adam called me a sweetheart!*dies*) All of your kind words really meant a lot to me. I am extremely flattered. Thank you so much for that. I'm sorry that i took so long to write back. I seemed to have misplaced your letter in my dressing room. (my thoughts on that: 'haha good job adam.') I truly am sorry about that.
About AIDA: I feel so blessed that I am a part of this wonderful show. I have so much fun every night. I love every second of the show. The cast is wonderful! I love meeting all of the fans before and after the show. They are all so very kind.
About Civilian: I am so excited for its release, and I am so happy that you are too. I know that once people listen to these songs they will be able to relate to them and enjoy them more. It's release is in November so be sure to keep an eye out for it!
Regarding your questions: My advice to you would be to work hard and learn as much as you can about the profession. Take lessons so that you don't hurt yourself. Participate in any theatre related activity that you can. But most of all, HAVE FUN!
Thanks again for your sweet letter. I hope to meet you again soon! Best of luck to you.

AHH!! I'm totally flipping out right now! My stepmom was like 'Jenn I have some bad news.' I was like 'oh crap. another thing to make my day worse. (bad day today, don't ask.)' Then she was like ' YOU GOT YOUR LETTER BACK FROM ADAM!!!!' I was screaming and jumping up and down. I was surprised that my neighbors didn't call to shut me up. This totally made my day 100 times better!!
HOLY JESUS!!!!! I need a minute to read that!!
I'm really happy for you!
Okay.
*breathes*
Well... that is SO FREAKIN'ADORABLE!!! What a doll. He wrote a lot; he must've really been sorry that he misplaced that letter (and whatever you said must've really impacted him)!!
*reads again*

That's so great, Ponine! I'm very happy for you. He's such a sweetie. It's a really nice letter, and it's a letter letter too, not just a 'thanks, here's my autograph thing'.
What does it look like? Typed, handwritten? (Does his handwriting suck?)
Congrats ponine for a response. Did he make any spelling errors? Apparently he isnt that great of a speller!!!
And yes frame it!

How do you know he's such a terrible speller? Did he mess up a letter to you, GITF?
Actually, if anyone else has any old letters they'd like to share, I'd love to read them.
edited to change the thread title and say I got post 3333, how fun.
