I'm SUCH a dork...I got this sorta kinda formal cheetah print shirt, black pants, and electric blue glittery earrings. I amuse myself...

haha, we'll all have ten million pictures after that concert.

I just put on RENT to try to block yesterday's Drew debacle out of my head. Our boy's singing Glory - my roomate's not here, so it's REALLY loud. YAY!

Adam singing "Glory" always makes me feel better...especially after pretty bad performances.

notthatgirl- your outfit sounds SO great!! I hope to see you at the show!! I still don't know what to wear, but I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking about that!!

And, once again, Nia- I LOVE your icon.

'Oh, yes. The Gala. I was trying to block that out of my mind!'

Emcee, you must be very good at blocking things out of your mind because you must have blocked it out of mine too!!! I must have been so busy with Aida that I totally missed this gala thing! I didn't even know and could have probably gone! Oh dear, maybe better this way!

I started crying because "Fortune Favors the Brave" was skipping. I almost had a heart attack.

My AIDA cd keeps skipping. I'm going to die.

November 2nd seems WAY too far away!!

No- it's not "obsessed", it's "Wow, I love this show!". I think it's time for me to get a new AIDA copy. And, actually, a lot of my older cds have been skipping lately.

Ugh. I wish CDS didn't skip.

I'm so behind, but I'll catch up. Diva-try polishing it with Turtle Wax, I've heard it really works. You might want to try it on a lesser important cd first though.

Last month my car was broken into and EVERY single cd I own was taken from me. (A moment of silence) but anyways, my most prized out of the whole collection was the picture cd of Aida that I bought the night I saw my first broadway musical. I was so excited, I actually bought it before the show even started-without ever hearing the music. Does anyone have any idea where I might could find one? I have checked ebay a billion times, but nothing.

There had to be some left over when the show closed - they only sold those at the theater. My guess is they'll turn up somewhere, whether it be Ebay, the Flea Market or in one of the stores in the city. Keep checking around!

I wonder if they had any left. They didn't have any on sale 9/3 and 9/5. I suppose they could have decided to take whatever they had left and maybe donate them to BCEFA for auctions and whatnot.

Now, on another note, it seems we didn't miss too much last night. No Adam, no Euan. I'll be seeing Altar Boyz, so I'll get to catch Cheyenne then.

Has anyone heard from QM? I'm concerned about her concert ticket saga and maybe having to sit on top of Undiscovered and blocking her view or her having to just aimlessly wander about that night. Maybe I'm just jealous that she'll really have that "All Access Pass" she keeps talking about! He's universal/The Aida Picture cd

What is a picture CD? Do only some of the Aida OBCRs have the scary Adam picture on them?

The ones they sold at the theater looked different. The picture on the front was in color - I think it was of the river scene.

The one I lost was the one with the "scary Adam Picture". I actually did by the the other one, but it's just not the same.

So if I buy the CD at barnes and nobel, I'll be safe from Scary Adam? What else is different? The cover?

No, I think the cover is the same.
Yeah, B&N= No "scary" Adam.
