::coughs:: of *course* none of us have seen it! Unless we'd seen the original cast that would be illegal wouldn't it? ::points at halo::
In Aida, he had flesh-colored makeup over his tattoo, and another fake one right under it. During Elaborate Lives, Saycon went to take off his jacket, and you could see that the makeup had smudged all over the inside of it, and his tattoo was now partially visible. She proceeded to try to re-blend the makeup while pretending to caress his arm. You could tell he was trying *really* hard not to crack up.
Also, at the beginning of Act II, there were these two flies flying around the stage in the lights. During "A Step Too Far", the part where he wasn't singing, but standing in the spotlight with his head down, the fly kept landing on his nose. Every now and then he'd brush it away, and it would come right back. Finally he gave up and sort of gave the audience this frustrated look.
After curtain call as we were leaving, I heard this guy in the pit go "Ohhhh, *that's* where the flies are coming from! My lunch from last week!" and hold up this bag of really rotten food. REALLY gross.
Finally, during Radames' Letter, some idiot's cell phone went off. The guy had the misfortune to be in the front row. Adam kept singing, but sort of gave the guy an evil look...the guy was stupid enough to let the thing ring until the next applause.
Oh, and when my friend met him at Cabaret, he told her RENT opened in '98...
::shakes head::
Quite endearing, though.
"A little humility wouldn't hurt."
