Emceeeeeeeeeee to the rescue!
YAY!
::is glad Emcee isn't here to put her number of fan encounters to shame::
Now she is. NINE, baby!
*feels like a loser*
Oh, Adam's about 5'9" or 5'10" - I mean, I'm short, so everyone is "tall" to me, but he's not really that enormous.
::feels like a bigger loser::
Well...it was nice for a while...
I'm still scared to meet him... I'm going to eventually, though...
*sticks tongue out at NTG*
I like to flaunt it... what can I say? I work hard for my fangirl status!
Well...so do I! But it's kinda hard when you're a thousand miles away...
Hey, Viva? Could you maybe wait for us to reply before you say something else?
Hi everyone! How are we all this evening?
Wow, lots of new people today.
I still have a hard time talking to Adam. He does weird things to you.... like make you go mute. I don't even squeal at him, or get all "oh my God you're gorgeous." I just get really, really quiet.
If i ever saw him i'd just fall down, no words
I'm so bad at talking to these actors and actresses. I had such trouble asking Michelle Federer for an autograph at Wicked... I'd be a babbling idiot if I met Adam.
Diva - I think Adam has probably learned that I don't speak. He's so good about it, though. And smiley. *sigh*
you saw michelle federer??? omg i would have died. I love her
Michelle Federer is one of the nicest people out there. She's great!
So Emcee- if I went up to Adam, was completely silent for 10 seconds, then went "Um, uh Adam.. hi... Uh you're um, great" he'd understand that we get completely starstruck?
If I were him I'd be used to it
And he'd give you the sweetest smile in the world, and the most generous bout of thank you's. I think he understands that people get shy. One day, I was literally trembling, and barely managed to squeak out "Welcome back. It wasn't the same without you." I don't think I've ever seen him in as good a mood as he was in that day (off-stage, at least). He was being really friendly, but it took me a couple of seconds to stop my mind from racing and actually speak. He was great, and was like "aww, thank you sweetie!" I asked him to take a picture, and he almost hugged me. That's the black tank-top picture... the one that other people call the snuggling picture. You should do it next time you have the chance - he's really good about nerves.
I think I have too much fun telling my stories.
You're so lucky Emcee
Awww that sounds so great!
::glares at Emcee:: Yes, dear, you do. But you're entitled.
And yeah, he's definitely one of the easiest people to stagedoor for. You could go up and stare and he'd thank you. And he's good at posing for pictures, too. If you get shy, he just grabs you.

If I ever met Adam it'd probably be just like when I met Idina Menzel. I'd just stand there like an idiot, and not say anything. I'm happy though that I finally found my voice and remembered how to use my legs, and I was able to get her autograph and a picture with her. But if it were Adam, I'd probably still be standing there right now (mind you this was almost a year ago) with no voice or movement.
And he'd sign your stuff for you, take a picture, and thank you profusely anyway.
I made a total fool out of myself with Idina...ugh.
'I love your pants' right?

What did you do NTG? Couldn't have been worst than mine. Cause Idina actually stared at me for like 3 secs, waiting for me to approach her, and I just stood there.
Read Nessa's post.
The funny thing was, it was the only thing anyone said to her that night that got a response other than a smile...go figure.
