And he'd give you the sweetest smile in the world, and the most generous bout of thank you's. I think he understands that people get shy. One day, I was literally trembling, and barely managed to squeak out "Welcome back. It wasn't the same without you." I don't think I've ever seen him in as good a mood as he was in that day (off-stage, at least). He was being really friendly, but it took me a couple of seconds to stop my mind from racing and actually speak. He was great, and was like "aww, thank you sweetie!" I asked him to take a picture, and he almost hugged me. That's the black tank-top picture... the one that other people call the snuggling picture. You should do it next time you have the chance - he's really good about nerves.
