yup!!!! I have to just mail out the application tomorrow since the post office has already closed. I just made the deadline!

well that is one reason! the other is that my friend who lives in Virginia is coming up for the weekend. We haven't seen each other in a year!! ALso we are going to see Ave Q and try for the rent lotto. It is a good weekend!! I am so hyper i am not making sense!!!

Congratulations, jen! That must be a huge relief.

Popping in after reading Anthony's interesting latest post. I loved what he said about everyone having a simpler, deeper take on their parts, and being able to get more intimate with some scenes. That sounds so promising.

Also checked out the link for the Broadway.com video about Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, which looks fun - Norbert and Sherie sounded wonderful - and saw that they've been adding videos from the past. There are now two Sh-K-Boom performances from 2000, a Sh-K-Boom Christmas and the first Sh-K-Boom Room.

On the first you can hear some of Adam doing "NY State of Mind" (and demonstrating that his eyelashes are indeed about an inch long), and on the second some of "Just Here" with acoustic guitar. Play this one to the end, as there's more of him singing in groups.

There's one problem with these videos, which is if you navigate (as in fast-forwarding or back), the sound gets thrown out of sync quite a bit. This drives me berserk but might not bother you quite so much.

hahaha. yay for DRS!!!! I saw the cast at the stage dorr when i went to see Brooklyn, (the theatres are across the street from one another), and they looked really happy and excited. yay!
