No, no. I wish the world had seen it because it just exemplified the idea of "awesomely bad." I had such a blast seeing that movie. And the cast really a powerhouse. I'd have liked to see a DVD release, just for kicks.

Right, the cast seemed to have a lot of talented people. It just goes to show how easy it is to make a really bad movie. I wouldn't mind seeing a DVD. I am a little worried that if Rent does well, the producers of Temptation will use Adam's name to get the movie out. I hope not.

Yeah, they would have to actually show it to some people first.

Lately I've been wishing I could hear Adam sing some blues, either the real traditional 12-bar variety or blues influenced songs. He really has the right voice for it, but it doesn't seem to be a genre that has influenced his songwriting very much.

Chloe, I think the producers of Temptation are probably too ashamed to get it out there. I hope so, anyway.

I'd like to hear that kind of music from him too. I also want him to 'Adamize' some showtunes- could be interesting.

and then "he" was changed to "she" - "Maybe this time, I'll be lucky. Maybe this time, she'll stay," etc.

Thanks, Emcee, I figured it would be something like that. I was really, really surprised to hear he had done that song, though I guess none of Emcee's songs would be right. I did wonder if he was putting some personal meaning into it - you know, maybe this time his music career would take off, after trying for so long.

I don't know Les Miz, but I'll try to check out those songs. Which one were you referring to, Emcee?

I was talking about both of insomniak's suggestions, and the fact that I'd KILL to see Adam and Raul sing together.

Maybe This Time was stunning. I had been wanting him to give I Don't Care Much one more go, but that was just as wonderful.

About Maybe This Time, did he change any lyrics, like 'Lady Peaceful, Lady Happy...' ect?

Well now I'll really have to check it out. I'm still trying to imagine "Maybe This Time." Did he sing it mostly softly, loudly, a mix?

Oh, and I think "I Don't Care Much" is really stunning too. Might be a downer as an encore, but I would love to hear it in concert.
