There is an abundance of goregous men in theatre, that's for sure.

Emcee, that's what I thought. It was between Raul and Alan... but the time machine is also better when it doesn't need to go overseas.
Plus, with all the things I've been hearing (and seeing) about Raul on this thread, I had the feeling he'd still be entertaining to watch, on the off chance that my time machine doesn't like to remember sounds.
Rauuuuuuul, because he's PERFECT. Seriously, I can't get over him. The only thing I didn't absolutely die over was his I Don't Care Much, but he's... gah. He's sexy, he's funny, and his acting is absolutely unmatched. I couldn't watch him do the finale; it tore my heart out. And, unlike someone else I know, Raúl CAN dance!

Alright, If I had a Time Machine, I would go back and see him in Arcadia. Have you SEEN those photographs?! Well, that and Grease!

Ooooh, good looking men that can dance!! Not enough of those in my theater company... which explains why I had to waltz to some really corny song about being dumped at a ball with a 5 foot 7 girl in a really horrible wig...
But we still love our Broadway stars that can't dance, no?
still, Adam is pretty funny when he *tries* to!

I was definately a fan of the marching!
Oh, ballerina, he can DEFINITELY dance. And he looooves those hips.
And I do love my non-dancer.
'But the time machine only works for certain shows, where the Emcee was Alan Cumming, NPH, Raul or John Stamos. Which Emcee should I see?'
100% NPH because he was my favorite by far. Thank you.

I have to get my homework done at least before 2am this time, so have a fun night everyone!
I went from Swing to Featured Actor in less than a month! Woohoo! *is proud of addiction to adam and posting*
THe great ol non-dancers of our time! gotta love them!
YAY QM IS HERE!
Emcee, I won the DRS lottery yesterday! Are you proud of me?
QM
Amasis! Recover from what? From the huge project???
Anyway, I always offer a variety of sexual favours in return for winning the lottery, so I'm good. Ok... honestly, only about 25 people were there, so my chances were good.
Emcee, I really enjoyed it but didn't love it. It reminded me a lot of The Producers, it's very similiar. Also, I'm not a big fan of this slap-stick humour.
I thought both Norbert and John were outstanding and wouldn't be surprised if both of them are up for a Tony this year. Sherie was wonderful as always too, would have liked to see and hear a bit more of her though.
I will definitely have to see it again before it opens.
I was wondering about something, Emcee... When Sherie and John arrive to catch the train is that joke about the sets not being ready in the show? Do you remember anything about that?
QM
It reminded me of the Producers, too, but I found it a lot better... fresher. The Producers is kind of tired.
When Sherie and John arrive to catch the train. I think I remember that. I do definitely remember in the beginning of Act II, they re-did the last scene of Act I like three times. Are they still doing it that way?
ETA - feel better, amasis! She's sick.
Yes, they're still doing that.
It was really funny because when John and Sherie arrived on stage to catch the train, they both sort of stopped and looked at the train. Sherie said to John 'Oh, are we early?' and John replied 'no, we are not but the sets are late', so they were standing on stage while waiting for the set to come down. It certainly made me smile.... I was just wondering if that joke was actually IN the show or if the sets were really late.
I remember how much I enjoyed the Producers when I saw it for the first time, now it doesn't do anything for me anymore. If DRS gets good reviews and I'm sure it will, I assume that that might be the end for The Proucers. They are too similiar.
I was thinking of Adam a lot while watching Norbert (with both of them having done similiar roles) and I just knew that Adam could never pull that off. Just imagine Adam as Ruprecht!
Amasis is sick... oh no!!!

'QM, congrats and just where did you pick up these skills that allow you to bribe the lottery people? Keeping the Adam clones busy?'
Nia, my lips are sealed! Around what, I hear you ask!!!
