Very much so. I'm actually an entire Civilian CD virgin. Well, except for the little pieces on the Joe's Pub video from broadway.com.

I can't believe I'm on track 11 already.

Okay, so I've been listening to Civilian () um, pretty much all afternoon. Except for the hour or so when I went to dinner. I just put it back on again, heh!

The whole CD is excellent! I can tell it's going to be occupying one of the five spots in my stereo for quite some time. It's disc #1 right now. After listening to it a few times, two of the songs REALLY jump out at me more than the others. They are 10'000 MILES and I'M WITH YOU. Not to say I don't love the rest, these are just my first impression favourites.

Oh, and who puts an apostrophe in a number?? Commas, sure, fine. Heck, I'm Canadian so I don't even use that. A space suffices. But an apostrophe? Meh. Wonderful song, though!

ISN'T IT BEAUTIFUL?! And since it's not perfectly clear, it looks SO good enlarged and then put on my desktop with a black background... it's just his gorgeous profile RIGHT ON MY SCREEN. *sigh*

It looks like Adam did not want to do the whole photoshoot for Civlian....look at his face sitting in the subway lol.

My ultimate favorite is Tomorrow and the Sun, then 10,000 Miles, and of course I'm With You. The whole thing is just great, and much better than MP.

But of MP, Rhyme and Reason and Undiscovered are the ones I love. This cd has grown on me, and I've learned to accept it for Adam's own personal work. It really does reveal his like inner self, while Civilian does but is just more FUN!!

And I absolutelty LOVE the pictures for MP, especially the one where he's in the black jacket, standing against the grafiti wall....OHHH his hair....ahhh..

It took me a pretty long time to fall in love with Model Prisoner. Genre-wise, it's all over the place. I go through phases with those songs, but my favourites are "Just Here..." (HEY! Don't laugh!) "The Time it Takes to Fall," and "Undiscovered."

I'm actually now just so grateful that Adam did a cd like MP! I love to listen to it when I'm really stressed or upset. It's sooo relaxing...especially The Time It Takes to Fall and Rhyme and Reason.
