Yeah I have done it before.. my biggest problem is that I dont eat.. I'm really bad about eating regularly.. when I stuck to atkins I lost about 20 lbs though with is good.. only gained a couple back..

That's great!! But yeah, I also have the not-eating-regularly problem. And Atkins was very tough on eating regularly. So it's hard to do it again.

I'm okay. But I need everyone's help. I'm trying to get my friend into Adam, and I'm going to give her a sampler of some of his songs off MP and Civilian. And she's into punk/rock.

So here's my question: What are the most rocking Adam songs?? I have 'Wonderchild' 'Book of Endings' 'Model Prisoner' and 'Liken A Razor' so far.

If I take the barbell out for any length of time yes it would close.. a few minutes here or there doesn't hurt.. are you asking if it looks weird with the barbell out? a little there is a hole in my tongue.. haven't eaten with the barbell out, but no food doesn't get stuck in it.. it's not a very big hole.. I did find out that I should eat with certain barbells though, the flat ones get food caught on them and it's gross.. I prefer the round ones..

That's wierd. How long a time can you keep it out for? I think I'd find it odd to have a hole in my tongue. Hm.
